Well, we're finally here to decide the fate of Cerberus Sel, formerly known as "G-Man."
At this moment, I would like to express my gratitude towards FalconJudge who had suggested the new name. Unfortunately, he is no longer involved in the community, but he is still on DeviantArt, and there, I will contact him.
First off, a new image of the character.

-Broc (Nickname. Short for “Broccoli”, referencing his color and harsh appearance).
-MONSTER! (A lot people who don’t know him call him this).

Height: 167 feet (Approx. 50 meters).
Mass: Not measured. Speculations from various people range from 7,900 to 18,000 tons.

Affiliates: The trapped human organization White Avalon and its members.
Story:
On Earth, Year 20XX, a massive war had ravaged the world and the international organization White Avalon had secretly prepared a procedure called “The Fortress of Avalon” where selected members of the human race would continue to live in another world in case a worldwide catastrophe would threaten the human race with the possibility of extinction (examples would include the possibilities of nuclear war, biochemical warfare, and natural disasters happening simultaneously all over the world, all of which were of higher probability at this time).
The remaining nations in the UN (which included the U.S., Italy, France, England, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Australia, and Japan) began to collaborate on the production of a special weapon being developed by White Avalon.
The weapon would be able to open a small enough wormhole that will transport selected regions into other dimensions via an inter-dimensional portal. But, if the weapon isn’t created and detonated correctly, there is a possibility that a massive black hole would be created that would tear the Earth apart, sending all of the fragments into various dimensions and galaxies.
The project was a complete failure, and a rogue member had rushed the development and failed to wait for inspections. All of this occurred as New York was invaded by a massive extra-terrestrial entity, just a short distance away from the secret project site. The creature was defeated and collected for research. A black hole was found growing slowly at the project site by White Avalon personnel and Operation Avalon was ordered. White Avalon collected all of its chosen members and boarded them onto the Avalon Fortress, a massive airship with inter-dimensional traveling capabilities.
This day would be referred to as “The New York City Incident” for as long as any White Avalon members shall live.
Avalon Fortress arrived in a subterranean zone in Felarya. The vessel was severely damaged upon arrival, and many people died, and most of White Avalon’s resources were destroyed.
White Avalon was trapped underground in Felarya.
The region was uninhabitable for humans, and the Avalon Fortress was smashed in between massive continental plates. A new base was necessary for survival of White Avalon. For the next several months, White Avalon’s most skilled agents and members explored many regions of Felarya, and apprehended as many useful items as possible, as well as making alliances with several other humans who inhabited this world. White Avalon would generally make deals with Fairy Hunters and other rogue groups who wanted the latest weapons. The deals usually consist of White Avalon exchanging weapons with the second party for food, magic artifacts, labor, currency of common use in Felaryan societies like in Negav City, or captured creatures to be researched upon. On rare occasions, an agent will make a trade with a predator and receive some sort of aid for White Avalon.
In the course of two whole years, White Avalon had suffered many damages and casualties and their construction of an underground base has been set back numerous times due to attacks from predators and other unexplained disturbances. White Avalon grew however, but only by small margins, and it remained unnoticed by most of the giant predators. But, the threat of being discovered was growing greater and greater each day. Many people who stay in the Avalon Fortress hold their breaths every time they hear anything coming close to them, fearing that a predator will break through and devour them all.
A threat of a cave-in was also noted by geological experts that worked for White Avalon. They had to hasten the construction of the new underground base, or else they could be destroyed. White Avalon leader Arthur Giovanni decided to go ahead with his last resort project to hasten the construction of the new base, at least to a point where it would be relatively safe to transport all of White Avalon’s materials and operations in.
And so, enter “Lucas 989” and "Project S.E.L.” (S.E.L. stands for “Synthetically Enhanced Life-form”)…
He was a human agent, who at one point assisted Nicholas 5 (supervisor of White Avalon's Science and Technology Department). Before “The New York City Incident”, he had just recently volunteered based on a recommendation from his high school friend Nicholas 5. He specialized in uniform and armor design, as well as assisted in the writing of “Predatory Aversion”, an instructions manual on how to avoid attacks from various predators and determine evasive action based upon a predator’s behavioral patterns. It would become a part of the standard training used by White Avalon rookies to this day. He also studied means of arming agents for certain missions based upon guidance from Arthur Giovanni, Nicholas 5, and several other higher ranking agents.
During “The New York City Incident”, he was apprehended by White Avalon’s secret police (called “The Knights”) for secretive testing. Later, he awoke on the Avalon Fortress, contained in a cell. A guard took him to Arthur Giovanni along with 49 other agents. There, Lucas 989 learned that he was chosen along with others to participate in "Project S.E.L.” (S.E.L. stands for “Synthetically Enhanced Life-form”).
The Project was designed specifically to run predators out of the area and protect humans from being devoured. It was also planned that the "S.E.L." would also seek treasures that would prove valuable to White Avalon that are too dangerous for humans to venture out for.
Lucas 989 and the other 49 agents were put under constant surveillance, and were given exclusive training and medical treatments to prepare them for their upcoming mission.
In the course of two years, Lucas 989 was heavily drugged and always in a constant state of euphoria and was brainwashed.
He was changed into a S.E.L., but unlike several prototypes, he survived the change and retained his human personality and intelligence, although, his memory was hazed by the process as well as various drugs utilized in secret brainwashing procedures to keep him under White Avalon’s control.
Upon returning to White Avalon's current base, the S.E.L. was given a special codename to conceal his affiliation with humans and help him blend in with the inhabitants of Felarya: Cerberus Sel.
As Cerberus Sel would continue on his adventures, he would meet many friends and enemies alike (although, unfortunately, he would have a much harder time making friends due to his frightening appearance). Despite his large and fairly powerful attributes, he would have a very hard time with surviving. And as he saw that a majority of the predators were really enormous people, he started having a very hard time accepting what White Avalon had assigned him to do.
Especially after a few encounters with the naga, Crisis, whom he would develop a crush on later (will be explained further below).
Personality:
Cerberus Sel is a nice guy at heart, but he is not perfect. He was eager to help the organization thrive in this new world, but he also has strong feelings about some of the giant people he's met. He really wouldn't want to get involved in fighting, especially if it’s with a girl. He has a very soft heart, and despite his hard training and fighting ability, he would never hurt anyone that was innocent or someone unaware that they were doing wrong.
But, despite his kind heart, he has a very hard time making friends because of his frightening size and appearance. Pondering upon this fact does make him feel very sad. He’s very sensitive to negative comments and reactions, but is willing to take objective criticism if it’s handled politely.
Cerberus Sel isn’t all smiles and sunshine. He can be cocky and a little arrogant, but this comes from a desire to impress others. He is also fairly clumsy and he fails to be stealthy, even for something his size. He’s also incredibly shy, especially around girls, mostly due to the fact that he’s never had a girlfriend, not even once in his lifetime. He’s also very straight, which further complicates the situation.
Especially in Felarya…
Cerberus Sel is by no means a pervert, but a very attractive woman can prove to be quite a distraction to him. Even though he is the kind of guy that would be committed to a relationship (or in his case, a crush), he has a very hard time being around many of Felarya’s female inhabitants (mostly in part that some of them are particularly attractive), and he can hardly keep a straight face without looking totally nervous.
On some occasions where someone looks/does/says anything very sexy, his nose will start to bleed, and he’ll desperately attempt to hide it by making some excuse to leave, turning around where no one can see his nose bleed until he get it to stop, even if it means he needs to shove something up his nostrils.
Due to his mutation, his animal-like body would sometimes get the best of him and his draconian instincts would take over and he would go into some sort of "primal state". He doesn't attack innocent people in this mode, but he'll be much more violent towards animals and enemies. His appearance is frightening because he is tense in this condition, as if he is scared and confused. In a situation where he may think his life or the life of a friend is at risk, he’ll attack the aggressor violently, although strategically flawed because he is direct, and open to deadly attacks.

About this whole "Crush on Crisis thing”.
He isn't a creepy stalker who goes after her whenever he gets the chance. He just happens to think she's really pretty, and he got to liking her because of her cute and friendly demeanor (which he got to see after she found out he wasn't threatening). If he wanted to see her and talk to her, he would be very direct and talk to her, and not peep from “behind the bushes”. He knows that he’s not handsome by any means, so he doesn't intend on telling her about his crush, fearing that she'll be frightened by him.
And, yes, he's a guy, so naturally he has that "natural desire", but he knows that the chances of that ever happening are next to none. That and he knows that would be THE LAST THING Crisis would ever want to do with him, so, he's not expecting that to ever happen.
His friend Nicholas 5 shot those expectations down as soon as he even displayed interest in girls after his change. As sad and depressing as that bit of news was to Cerberus Sel, he was grateful that Nicholas 5 was honest enough to not let him pursue a hopeless passion.
