I don't know about insects, but yes, indeed, animals have dreams. I used to have dogs, and they had dreams, sometimes pleasant, sometimes not. They would sometimes "walk" or "run" while lying on their side asleep, their legs moving. Occasionally they barked or whimpered and twitched in their sleep. It was quite strange to watch. |

| so ryn, could you reply to this | L'Ryn wrote: |
Protector Elementals protect their object of attatchment with dangerous ferocity, some of them even chain their attachments somewhere, keeping them hidden away...
A Protector Elemental can be a seemingly calm quiet person to a completely crazy and irrational creature bent only on protecting their attatchment from everything that could ever harm it. However, the more 'saner' of the Protectors (and it's agreed they are all pretty crazy in the first place), are almost aways at the side of their attatchment, whether they know it or not. A attatched person, be it neko or human or even elf, will have almost nothing to worry about as they walk through Felarya. These people are often said to be 'lucky'. |
so some of them keep their object of attachment chained away, and their object of attachment can be a human or an elf or a neko. so this means a protector elemental might chain someone away |
