I'm not one to normally propose adding even more sub-forums to a newly created forum (because I believe it causes things to become so spread out that the lack of crosstalk creates stagnation in the community). However, I've noticed a distinct lack of something that I think would be quite nice and doesn't really fit into the categories already in place.

There are more than a few artists here already and there is a great wealth of fanart based on Felarya already. It is because of this that I suggest an art forum be added, dedicated to drawings and art based on Felarya.

That sounds good - plus you can post stuff here that you couldn't post on D.A because of "Mature Content"

I think an art forum can be a great idea in the future but here I prefer to wait a bit.. it's my first forum and I don't want things to get too fast ^^;

Unfortunately, no... Forumtion have a policy on deleting forums that authorize extreme content.. Because of that, something that isn't allowed on DA won't be allowed here either T_T

Well, that's a downer.

On the upside, you could always post exclusive art here (legit, of course) on Felarya. That would certainly give the site some good attention.

Right it does seem a bit much to add a art forum at thee same time... the bandwidth will sky rocket DX however what will work is a designated art link area. I find they have worked great as a stop gap to a full fledged art forum. not entirely sure on the hosts policy on linking to the material, but its probably more lenient than actually posting it^^

I'd gouge my eyes out before I set foot near my scanner, it's so dang mysterious and... well, mysterious. However, an art forum is a good idea, I think it might be just what this forum needs.
