God damn it man... You made me cry. You always were the most eloquent of us all, god knows why.
There is no bright side to this. There is no silver lining. This isn't a rainbow, and there is no pot of gold. This is all... all...
I'm not Zalzas, I can't spin my words into fine wine. This is the darkest day in Felaryan history. _________________ This Week's Climax! November 3rd, 2009

| @EveryonePlease keep it civil and refrain from insults, gloating, threats, inflammatory remarks, and things of that nature. If you are feeling agitated or passionate about this thread, please wait 10 minutes before posting, and re-read what you have written. Try to see what you have written from the other point (or points) of view. I don't want to start editing posts But I was forced to do so anyway. or be forced to lock the thread, but I will if things get out of hand.

| Sorry, sorry. You're right. I'm not being myself. I'm going to go lie down, or do homework or something. Posting in the heat of the moment is what causes stuff like this anyway. Sorry everyone except Rave. _________________ This Week's Climax! November 3rd, 2009

It is not a matter of when interesting writers and contributors will show up, they will come eventually. My question posed was whom left was of the current populace was of any significance. I in my limited view only seem to see a few left. quality over quantity, and thous who create the quality are vanishing rapidly.
| Quote: | | To all newcomers, feel free to contribute to Felarya. Just don't think you can take control. All "sovereignty" belongs to the person who created this universe. And yes, you can be just as awesome as the people who came before you. The fun is not all gone. Felarya is still a cool place to chat and contribute. |
i would add, that thous coming to this world should first understand it before contributing, perhaps before even speaking. if you don't understand why listening should be done before speaking, then you wont hear a thing i say anyway. |

| I've missed some things, but others, I got them. And after this... I have to say that this is very sad. I have no hard feelings towards anyone, I'm not gonna bash/insult/whatever anyone for this. I'll keep watching the forum, although the turn of events isn't the most pleasant and, certainly, makes the whole community and setting less atractive to me now... |

| OK, thank you for those brave words Zalzas. With all that those of you who are left. How many of you are planning on stepping your game up to get this place back to what it was. Who walks the walk and talks the talk. I'm glad you guy are voicing your idea's and what not. But it did not talk some of the best of us getting banned to do that. With that can we get back to having fun and being creative clever and that other good stuff you were talking about. |

| When i get overboard on stress from drama and social issues, sometimes homework is just some hard junk that can take your mind off the pair for a little while. |

Sorry everyone except Rave. | I’ll regret posting this, I’m sure but…
Yes it is, it's exactly the same thing that happened, multiple times unfortunately, that caused this. Maybe it can be healed, who knows?
Now, regarding this sentiment that there is no one left involved in Felarya worth mentioning. I have a bone to pick with that sentiment.
Rythmear, Ravana3k, FrenchSnack, Tora044, Dante8411, E-akahele, Lyiba-MoonEyes, PuppetmasterRye, Kaiman123, MukatKiKaarn, turboman500, ProCaw, JohnDoe, Asuroth, JaetteTroll, Blazbaros, JiroKatsu, WOWandWAS, feadraug, and more ... I could go on and on. These names are just from the last couple of months of submissions on deviantart.com and our own forum. I've probably missed twice or thrice that many names because I don't have time to keep track of them all. Are you seriously saying none of what these people are doing is worth a damn? Maybe what they write and draw doesn't appeal to you, but should they all pack their bags and give up? Or have you even bothered to check?
There's this seeming great divide that has been erected. If you joined the Felarya community before a certain date, you are worthy. If you joined up after that date, sorry, you cannot hope to measure up. What caused this to happen?
I've seen comments like this, "Sorry FrenchSnack, your Jissy is not in the same league as someone like Cypress." Does this type of comment help the community at all? What purpose does it serve, except to belittle and divide? Meanwhile, regarding those two characters I mentioned, Karbo apparently loved both of them enough to include them in the wiki as well as drawing drop-dead gorgeous pictures of both. If that isn't good enough, I'm not sure what other measure we could have, short of voting booths.
Look around a moment and check out some of the things you might have been missing. Felarya isn't dead or stagnate, far from it. And judging from past flare ups, I'm pretty sure it'll survive this one too. And if the worst comes to pass, there was a Felarya before this forum ever existed.

| i'll be honest i know nothing of the trouble that has lead to the dark point and i dont want to. karbo you have my support on this. now zalzas as a new(ish) member myself i found your words tho very very well spoken somewhat harsh in my opinion as who's to say a new member isnt a person who has read all of the wiki and knows his stuff but isnt sure about joining because of a lack of confidence in being accepted. he could be the next silent eric for all we know. but i do get what you mean about looking before you leap |

| ................ I don't know what to say. How did it honestly come to this, where everyone is at every one else's throats? I thought we had settled the fights that were going on. Karbo, I don't know what to say here. I never actually knew the people you banned too well, so it is not my place to pass judgement. But if they were causing trouble for newer people, I can't defend their actions. (they were kinda popular people who didn't have time for little folk like me) Every day I've seen the community grow just a bit darker, and the people have fought more and more. I wish I could help, but I don't know how. But chances are in this debate I'll likely be pushed aside. So I don't know if my words will be heard. I still want to see Felarya flourish though, so I'm going to stick by you Karbo. It'll get me hate, but frankly, what doesn't these days? I won't blindly follow your every action, but I just really don't want to see Felarya become a hated world because of a large dispute. You and so many people put such work into it, I can't fathom seeing it all go to waste. |

| If I can say so myself, I sincerely don't think Felarya is going to end becuase of this. True, many great contributors will be leaving, but as as some have stated above, there are still plenty of great contributors as well (and I am not including myself). Nickster 5 and I will stay, and try to contribute to Felarya as best as we can. There is no doubt in my opinion that Karbo has the last say in what goes on in Felarya. After all, its his creation. I hope that nobody will hold pointless grudges, and even after this very dark and sad moment, all of us will be able to look back on this, and forgive each other, as well as learn to compromise and cooperate harmoniously. I am saddened for all the losses and hurt feelings, but we must move forward and continue to make Felarya fun and pleasant for everybody who wants to partake and/or contribute, not focus on negativity. After all, fantasy fiction is a way for all of us to temporarily leave the burdens of this world, and enjoy some degree of happiness. |
