Felarya rumors

Felarya is a large world, filled with treasures, with many species interracting. It is only natural that lot of rumors are floating around in the taverns. They are carried by bold adventurers, mighty heroes, temple looters or simple commoners. Some are true and some are not..

Some examples :

* The first cause of mortality for humans in Felarya is to be eaten by a fairy.

* The soil of Felarya can heal broken bones over time.

* The city of Negav is said to hold a giant predator prisonner deep in the prison beneath the city. The purpose of the detention and the nature of the creature remain unknown however.

* Ur-Sagol wasn't destroyed because of its power like the legend says, but actually because of something Sagolian scientists discovered about the very nature of Felarya...

* For some reasons, necromancy magic don't work at all in Felarya. If you encounter an undead creature, it wasn't created in Felarya. Xarmaroch, the cerberus in the mysterious temple is a different case, his condition being the result of an extremely powerful curse rather than necromancy.

* The magical darkness around Tenebra maze seems to slowly spread over the years.

* Sometimes during night, underground quakes disturb the waters of the lake circling the mysterious temple. Their cause is unknown.

* The great Emperor Taedron VI offers the hand of his daughter to anyone who could bring him a live torkudas !

* Lately Othemites have been very agitated about something. They even executed a few of their priests. What a bunch of crazies...

* These days there is a new giant naga with a grey tail hunting near Ur-Sagol ruins and Miragia forest. That's all we needed...

* The great chimera Notys is said to be able to travel through time as easily as one walk.

* Wear black glasses, and nemesis can't mark you any more ! I didn't checked though...

* Far past the east sea is another continent, even bigger than this one and full of treasures.

* One week ago, a group of adventurers said they caught a glimpse of a strange giant white centauress with goat legs and great feathered wings. Somewhere in the northern forest, past Deeper Felarya. They were dumbfounded by her beauty. Luckily for them, she didn't noticed them.

* "loglofatch" is a saurotauran word meaning "completely devoid of anything even remotely resembling intelligence". Seeing they are not the brightest folks out there, this is quite an insult...

* One day a blue sphinx dived in the ocean. It created an enormous and devastating electric blast. The sphinx seemed unharmed though.

* Harpies are little more than bloodthirsty monsters... One has been heard threatening to skin her own daughter alive !

* An enormous portal was seen high in the sky above Miragia forest recently.

* A magical item of some considerable power is said to rest in the belly of the mermaid Anko. Want to take a look?

There are strange signs near the area of the Giant Tree warning people "To not smoking".

Rumors have been circulating throughout Felarya-among natives and newcomers alike-about a mysterious base just barely a kilometer into Deeper Felarya. Most call it the Anthill, based on rumors from dryads that have "heard" a few radio signals from within. The only physical presence of this installation are a number of small, narrow hatches scattered randomly throughout the general area. No one doubts that it exists, and that it is made by humans: signs posted near these entrances-written in a number of languages, including the fairy script-bear one simple phrase: "No Trespassing." However, anything else is pure speculation and rumor; no one from the Anthill has come forward to declare their intentions, and likely never will.

Some who claim to have been inside-mostly fairies and storm sprites-describe a carefully designed installation; almost as though they knew things about Felarya before they came. However, most don't them seriously-fairies have been known to tell stories.

A few claim that the Guardians are becoming concerned, and have been selecting a few trusted
individuals to investigate this mysterious place...

Smoking in front of a certain Naga is a great way to find out what the inside of a stomach looks like alright!
Not only that, but the smell of the smoke would make you easily detected by any of the predators that lair at or visit the giant tree-including Crisis, Katrika, Vivian, Temi, Subeta, Nix etc!

I like the idea of the signs!

How about "No Fishing! These fish bite more than the bait!" signs along the banks of the Jewel River?

Might save a few people from a not-so-little Mermaid! Very Happy

just some random fun rumors

1) Melany thinks Alvar is a pervert who pretends to be blind so he can be the only male in the pack.

2) The "Verdant Fury" acts as both a key and guide to the Mysterious temple.

3) Arale is seeking Rin as a potential pupil

4) A silver succubus demolished an entire city for a fancy sword

5) Déméchrelle has become popular among ghost.

just some fun idea'a for rumors.

Ooh! A topic like this seems interesting.

Well, over the course of my studies of Felarya, I have found quite a few things out.

50% of people who smoke infront of Anna are eaten.

The other 50% are eaten later. (lol)

Most of the people eaten by nagas report dying happily. (get the hint?)

Felarya's sunset is reported to be the most beautiful thing one has ever seen. (sometimes before being eaten)

-At night in the forest nearby the lake of illusions a strange hauntingly beautiful song can be heard, though most are eaten right after hearing it.

-Some rock harpys have reported a strange creature in the water nearby the Chordoni waterfall.

-Lately a loud terrifying roar has been heard echoing throughout Felarya on rare occasions usually at night, few have any iea what is causing it.

-There is said to be a strange unknown tribe of Nekos living in the Jungle of perils

A diminutive human girl with slightly tanned skin has recently been seen wandering the forests of Ferlarya in the company of nagas without being eaten! Some wonder if there has been a change in naga dietary habits... a few may even be willing to go check it out...
