Why? (Q&A)

My first is:
Why do we need so many different Felarya chats all over the place?

Well Is there that many of them ? In my opinion the one of this site is the main one

Really, there are only 2. The chatbox on this forum, which Karbo, as he said, considers to be the "main" one. There is also the IRC chatroom on the newer site. There has been a Felaryan Chatzy room in the past, but it died and everyone migrated to either the Chatbox or the IRC.

Yeah, theres 2 the irc and the chat box

Personally, the chatbox is easier for a quick and easy chat,
but.. the irc is better if you want to hang around and stay, because it doesnt kick you if you are inactive for 20 minutes >_> and it usually has more people then the chatbox

your welcome, i think the chatbox has a small amount of people that frequent it, but the irc has a large number of people that frequent it i think

-- No worries, the IRC is easy to use ^_^

1: Go to the newer site...HERE ---> New Felarya site
2: Scroll down a little and click on "Use Site's Client" on the left hand side of the page
3: The IRC will load right on your web browser. You will start with the name "Random Prey". To change your name, type /nick "name". An example would be, for me, /nick rcs619.

There you go. You're on the IRC. Any other questions should be able to be answered by the other people on it. Be warned, the new site runs VERY slowly...so dont lose hope it it takes a LOOOOOONG time to load ^_^.

-- Well, Alvar IS a Fairy, so he most likely eats humans, like most fairies. But im afraid I am not very familiar with that character and his habits. Individual fairies can be very different from one another.

-- I imagine more people will post questions. There's a lot of people on this site who are still newbies to the Felarya community. You certainly arent the only person who has questions ^_^.

Alvar eat mostly animals though he DID ate humans on several occasions. And I know people don't know him very well as he is very rarely used in drawing or stories ^^;
but fear not ! he will be a quite important character in the manga

What would it take for a quick cameo of one's characters in the manga? Now, I ain't asking for anything big, like a storyline or anything, but I'd do nasty, horrible things for a quick cameo appearance of Zion & Co., or even a mention of Jurdeans...

Im sure Karbo has a plan, or is at least starting to come up with a plan for his manga. I doubt he'd put characters in on people's requests though...as that would start a request spamming in his mailbox the likes of which Felarya has never seen lol. It just comes off as kind of...rude, to ask for a cameo like this. Keep working on your characters and stuff and im sure they'll appear in more people's work ^_^

I've seen him on chat sometimes, but it's rare.

-- Karbo visits the chats occaisonally. He still has his real job to take care of, so he only comes on if he has free time. He's fun to talk to when he's on, but be prepared for a crowd. People see Karbo on the chat and everyone and their grandma jumps in to talk, lol.

-- I dont have any milk...I need to get some when I run to Walmart tomorrow, lol.

That's quite interesting; I too assumed that he ate humans regularly. Pretty unexpected that you would give him a prominent role in the manga- I'm looking forward to seeing more of his character.^^

I assumed Alvar ate a bite of air every day. Y'know, like some kinda monk. :3 XD

Yes...I would do unspeakable rituals to the Dark Gods to sneak in a cameo....

On topic... So. What is with the manga? I haven't heard much about it. Is there a plot thought out yet? Will we get it on the internets?

Precisely the same thing I said in his journal: if he feels like including some cameos, he'll just go and ask people around. Like Furry says: let the Karbo come to you.

Well, that point is rather obvious. Of course I realize that just asking is very presumptuous. Just wondering if there was, y'know, a possibility.

Not to intrude, but I was wondering, what is a tablet? And why are they so reportedly expensive?

A tablet is short for "Graphics Tablet" or "Digitizer Tablet". It's a type of input device for computers that allows you to draw directly on the computer. More info here.
