If you were born in Felarya instead

Considering Chaos theory what if you where born in Felarya instead.
You don't have to be human but considering how the harsh environment, and differences of opinion on some subjects how would you be more mentally?
More personality wise.

Something I was just thinking about I would be human a hunter gatherer. Of course if I managed to live that long. Hopefully I would have stayed as chilled back and relaxed as in real life.

For starters, I'd probably be less agnostic (what with there being so many multiverses open up to and what-not) and much more misotheist.

Beyond that, all I can really say is that I'd probably be less of a thinker and more of a doer. More physical activity, much less mental.

A mage, most probably, and a scholarly one at that. Perhaps a battlemage, though.

Id be a dragon because a old family story of being descendants of dragons so if i was born in felarya id most likely be a dragon or closer kin to them then i am now. Plus they have all that epic powers and badassness of dragon. Scale like tank armor clarws like spears teeth like dagger immune to sleep and paralyze magic and effects immune to fire ice lighting and acids, and the breath of death. (note thats the genale listing of draconic immunities may vary in afect or strength from race to race.....)

I'd probably be much more paranoid, considering the 5000+ new ways for you to die in Felarya.

I'd also likely join a militia to earn a living.

I'd remain within the walls of Negav, I'm waaaay too out of shape to be hiking through the forest :B

Nah. I'd be a cultist of sorts... probably as deranged, hypocritical, sadistic and company-loving as myself, but without the better nature I've cultivated. Also, a mage to some minor degree- but I'd probably be too lusty to ever concentrate. I'm also very lucky, so I'd probably be a recurring villain of sorts- probably arch-enemy to a beautiful young woman whom I only get to leer at while she's kicking my ass into next week.

But I'd stablish myself as an interesting villain when I killed that dragon so I'd get plot armor anyway.

well its not really your choice what you become. It's very much like bam your born and raised in a new world unlike this one in almost every way. The person you become would depend on you actions, and the choices made. Also people around you would change your personality, and you sub conscious leaving what you become up to fate and random chance.

Well don't hold it against me this is what I really was going after when I started this thread. So you could go from human to Demi-god in this new existence. Nor is this directed at you please don't get offended. If so I'll shut my mouth.

It's our choice which possibility do we follow. By your logic, there's nothing we can really say on this note, because we don't know squat about what'd have happened; that person wouldn't have had anything to do with us. Trust us, we DID think about it.

In my case, I was being tongue-in-cheek about it, but I can see myself having become a cultist. If there's anything that's preserved by this hypothetical otherwhen than merely how cute my face is, I can foresee that case. If there's not, then there's no way to say anything that'll hold water.

This, overall, is the most probable solution.

Until teenage years (if in a village) or early adulthood (if in a true 'city'), your main threats are going to be nothing particular. You have more safety from disease and the like, but you still have the general worries of wildlife coming and eating you (mind, if your village has gone at least three years without a Giant Predator attack already, your odds in the next three years aren't particularly increasing / decreasing in any average fashion) and your own fellow citizens doing shit.

It's not until you come of age and have to carry your own weight - once more, more notable in villages - that you really start to get fethed over. You'd get about 12-22 years on your own to advance as normal, but then unless you have a very important position or are well-off, you're thrust into the world. Probably slightly better off than you are now, but still thrust into the world. Which will, inevitably, kill you (what with old age no longer being a concern).

(To give a simple definition) 'Where' is a place or location in which something happens.

I am currently a very fast coward.

In Felarya I would be a terrified blur.
