Forum Profile Options

So, I was attempting to update my profile today and noticed that I couldn't change my email address. Under registration information, the username and email now both appear to be locked into place.

Can a mod / admin confirm this? Also, is this a setting that can be changed on the local side, or is it more adverse Forumotion tinkering? I no longer have access to the email I registered with, so not being able to change it means I no longer receive updates or notices.

It is indeed locked in. Which seems absurd.

Unfortunately, I can't see any way to remedy that from our end...

...Besides making a completely new profile. But I'm pretty sure you don't want to do that, not before you exhaust all other options at least. ^^;

There is no options either to make that setting available... I agree this is indeed absurd >>

Hello there. Now I don´t see the `Messages´-Field anymore.

After Profile now comes Log out. Messages is gone.

Can it be, that I have accidently pushed some weird Button?

Oh yeah - the Field `Message Body´ is very small now, while I am writing this.

It was bigger last Time - something is going on here...

everything seems fine on my end. Maybe the graphic didn't load properly for you or is it an ongoing problem?

Just at this Moment `Messages´ was there again - now it is gone once more.
This Writing Field is small for three Sentences over another.
Hehe, I must admit, I have no Clue...

Oh! Sorry for this Double - but now I saw something. Messages was back - now for a tiny Moment `Vou have a new Message´ popped up - and it was gone again! This really is weird...

That stuff happens to me too from time to time. I think it's a problem with the forum. :/ I usually leave the forum alone for a couple hours when it gets that bad.

And I feared, my Homepfushing-PC, built out of Crap and Stuff is going to smoke out again!
Now - at 2000 I have to go to Work - maybe tomorrow everything is all right again.
