| Such a heavy tone in this thread. I agree that it would be great if more activity happened, and blame myself for also trying to set a tone. Naturally I believe that this tone is correct, as I think that this world should be 'realistic', thus there is joy and adventures, but also death and tragedy. The problem happens when the tone is unchanging and people assume that this defines Felarya. Life, and the world it is set in, changes. Tragedy should make the joy all the sweeter, and after dealing with death I like to see someone cracking a smile and carrying on. Yet somehow, this world is happier then ours. There no wars here, and if people don't like it they can leave for another. Happy stories and vore can be a closer look at a certain moment of time, and should not be seen as conflicting with the death world Felarya is. Maybe that is the message that should be spread. Let's all try to inspire each other to keep creating. | |

| From what i understand, this lull is fairly normal but it could always be better. One really big case and point is looking at and recording a "sudden" surge of random users coming at a time. This last surge was "Most users ever online was 92 on Sun Jan 19, 2014 10:42 pm" I remember seeing some smaller than that last year but with a still surprising large number. Now don't get me wrong, I don't expect it to go up like that every year, but this is just to say that people are still looking at this community, and more specifically this forum than most realize.
A quite humorous thing that I observe that could bring more activity is getting the Deviant group also more involved here. You wouldn't know how many a time I come across people that Make a deviant art account, go on there, flesh out and idea, story, or drawing for felarya. Then I ask them "well did you know we forum where you can share these Ideas as well?" Most the time they say "No, I had no Idea" And then proceed on telling me that they'd like to view it, but DA is where they'll most likely st at since most of their friends are there. There's slight disconnect between the two as if they're forming their own entities. The thing is, is that both the forum and the DA group are performing similar results but, how to say, not in their most affective or intended areas. I'm pretty sure there are ways to have the community and the forum go hand in hand just from what i seen other communities do, I just don't have a solid idea on how to make that happen, and I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking about this to further fill in these bridges of Lulls and stagnation. That's probably for a topic of it's own, but it would help out with this recurring feeling.

| Well, I didn't know about this! I'll be here for everyone if/when needed for anything! I'm not postitive all the time (like right now) But vore has cheered me up (Yeah im weird like that). I agree with Karbo, after some more art and the game in the works, we should get bigger. Just keep your heads up! (But not too high that a Harpy gets you). | |

| Now that I´ve finally found this I can say: Yes - there are always People who don´t like something - and a fewer ones tend to try crushing it by speaking ill of it. And then... a Guy like me comes along. I don´t care what they say - I haven´t got a Clue what their Problem is because now I can say You all are really great. Do we have any Problems? I think not. And I´m not thus special I think. There are many other Guyz like me around (and of Course Girls). You just need some Patience sometimes. If they all are welcomed the Way I was, I think there will be no Problem. I like it here - not only because of our special Interests, but because the People here are nice and admirable. And in my Opinion THIS makes a good Community - these People. What´s a special Forum for me, if there are only Morons and Idiots around? So be a little proud and confident in what You all have created here. I like it here and I won´t get away to go anywhere else... | |

| I do apologize for not actively participating more. Ever since I hit a gigantic snag in my stories, I just draw a blank anytime I come here. I don't know what new content to contribute, so I just stick around the Felarya chatroom (the one on IRC).
It sucks having writer's block.

| Actually you all should be thankful for no activity or lulls sometimes. On the Chara Project server, years before I joined, we had Troll Wars, Flaming left and right and member based schisms that still hurt some to this day. Whole sections locked down to horrid spammers and once when I was a young n00b we had a bot invasion that was like a seige. They'd pop up faster than we could delete them and FLOOD the site with porn, not even good porn, and other nasty things. @-@ Sometimes A lull is like a "time of peace" in a chronology before you set up your next story. It's a nice change from all the war and crisises that arise in the time before. Dull yes. But peaceful. | |

I agree. I may have not been around then, but a few other sites im on daily are Memecenter and EQD. And honestly, its hard to keep up sometimes. (Although I've been slowing down on EQD Due to lack of intrest and other things). But honestly, i like the speed, fast enough for activity, yet slow enough to keep up with and have a life outside the site. Although, perhaps a few more members would be a good thing (and by that I mean positive and active people). As stated above, i hope we can add people from the Felarya DA Group as well. - jedi-explorer wrote:

Crisis was here? Did she eat anyone? Why did she leave? I always miss the good stuff!
