Computer Help Empty
PostSubject: Computer Help   Computer Help Icon_minitimeSat Dec 05, 2015 12:32 pm

As I stated in a few other places, my computer crashes when trying to run a high-graphics game, even with the lowest graphics possible. But today, I have a new problem. Apparently I am out of "Disc" Space. I am very confused as to what that means, as I have no disc inserted anywhere in my computer.

Today, my desktop icons looked strange, and all the files displayed an "Empty" Icon, as though they had no data. However, after accessing the files, I saw that the data was still there.

I have Norton Security installed, but it is saying that everything is fine (all green). I turned my PC off for a bit, and that improved performance somewhat, but its still strange and very slow. (Which is really bad considering that I have so much work due before the semester ends.)

((Now Norton has an error that it can't solve...))

I have a 2012 Gateway laptop. Since I am getting a shiny new Dell for Christmas, it only has to last a bit more. (Although, I'll still keep this computer of course).

Please, if anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated!

Disc space means the over all hardrive. Is your hardrive that the OS system is on and most likely your games or media full at all?
