Terrabadgers take the form of a long mammal reminiscent of badgers. They have long soft fur, but grow plants out of their back. They burrow most of the way into the ground, and lie and wait. The plants form beautiful flowers, and can even be pollinated by miaxi, and their presence causes accelerated growth of vegetation nearby.

They are somewhat pack animals- where one is, others can be found...but not in dense roaming packs. Terrabadgers spend most of their time in arid lands, and are very good at helping Felarya naturally fight desertification. This is also because they don't need to drink water - extra organs in their body helps them "drink" magic energies in the soil, plants, and anything natural, which converts and fuels their body in the same way water would.

However, they are still very carnivorous. This creature has a long tongue and a powerful mouth, and most definitely see human sized creatures as a good meal, their throats big and flexible enough to swallow a human, but usually don't need more than two at a time. They are extremely fluid and agile in a fight, too. Long sharp claws and magic resistant hide make for a very formidable, tough opponent. Their furs are valuable in Negav's market, but acquisition is difficult. Bringing one back will net any adventurer quite a lot of money.
