| Ack! I hate this argument. I will attempt to defuse the situation. It all depends on personal preference to the hardware and software. If you already have an ipod, zune, etc., most of the multimedia features on the PSP are not needed. If you like better graphics and screen size, go with the PSP. If you like more family friendly oriented games along with innovative controller scheme, go for the DS. Online play with the DS is available, but is rather disappointing (friend codes). The DS also has shorter load times but no exchangeable memory. And a popular decision maker, the PSP looks like it would shatter if you dropped it. I have read quite a few articles and watched a few youtubes on this topic. | |

| I went with the PSP simply out of choice. Both systems are equal, despite sales numbers, and each are good when it comes to games. Just personal preference. | |

| I got both, but I play the DS more because I enjoy the games on it. I mainly use the PSP for those times when I can't bring my laptop with me. | |

| What's funny is, when I see people arguing about the PS3 vs the Wii, it's suddenly, 'everything Sony sells is shit!' Though I'm not talking about anyone on this forum. I never bought the PSP because of what darkshot said about it being delicate, but I think the DS was a bit of a disappointment, graphic wise. | |

| Own neither, but from what I've seen...
PSP tends to be used for media functions, though DS is often the gaming handheld of choice. | |
