Felarya meeting the Disc (Discworld Series) would be hilarious.

*Death Materializes in a Preds stomach*

GREAT, DEATH BY DIGESTION....AGAIN. DOESN'T ANYBODY DIE ANY OTHER WAY IN THIS BLOODY PLACE?

It be even funnier seeing the feegles run around stealing all the adventure's equipment, knocking out Nekos and Elves with headbutts, and of course drinking anything and everything that might be alcoholic.

I'm recovering this one for a bit of lulz... [Note: the following is SO Touhou heavy you'll get a headache if you read it]

Raetsu Lord Pichu wrote:
Gensokyo (from the Touhou series) : I swear I'm surprised no one thought of this sooner. both of them are almost exactly alike. Touhou has an all female cast (so does Felarya) and in Gensokyo magic is highly dominant over technology. And if you've played Touhou as much as I have you'll know that some of Touhou girls are probably just as powerful as a Giant naga one on one. In short Gensokyo and Felarya could easily co-exist with one another but if something is thrown off balance they could easily destroy each other as well.

Taking in account that Gensokyo is -supposed to be- a region of Japan separated from the rest our world thanks to a magic field, the Hakurei Border, which is watched by both the miko Reimu Hakurei and the youkai of boundaries Yukari Yakumo (when she isn't asleep and relies on her petshikigami Ran), it would have to be something BIG to disturb the very fabric of the border. Taking in account that even when asleep Yukari is a god-modder, chances of Felarya breaking into Gensokyo are thin...

... Unless of course the lazy mastermind bitch that Yukari is intends to weaken the boundaries enough for it in purpose - she can always say "girls, I do this so you'll be ready for any dangers from the outside world and any other realms", it's Yukari after all.

And then, we'll get Felaryan preds fighting flying lolitas with ridiculous hats, animal ears and/or head ornaments. Since some people in Gensokyo are even able to defeat the most powerful youkai in the region, preds would have a hard time, but it would be quite in equal terms.

And Cirno would be friends with some Felaryan fairies until they kicked her ass for constantly repeating her unfunny "Eye am the strongest!" catchphrase.

Okay guys, this has to be the second most awesome realm (besides Rifts) to connect to Felarya:

Borderlands.

Bah, Fallout'd be better. But Borderlands would be interesting, yes. Especially considering how firepower is passed around there like candy with just enough to drive off Kensha-beast and smaller critters, but not quite enough to harm the bigger Preds.

Oh yeah, and because Skags on Felarya is such a brilliant idea.

Necromancy doesn't exist, and I think most of the Necronomicon Magicks are Necromancy (unless you count it as something else due to its diabolic nature). Unless Ash shows up, all you're getting is a feudal army with a low-level alchemist.

Of course, if Ash does come with it, his character shields / act of plot aura will keep him safe. He roamed through Marvel Zombies universe and managed to get out intact (while insulting Dr. Doom to his face, multiple no less), if barely. The real problem with bringing Ash to Felarya is that trouble follows him to a degree only Rincewind can match. Who wants to take bets on which horror character / cosmic horror follows him into Felarya?

Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhes come to mind. They've met before.

Jason has a lot of superhuman resilience and strength (comparable to regular humans; Predators on the other hand...), but his main strength is being able to come back from the dead. I don't know if it involves necromancy but I believe he simply escapes hell by himself.

Freddy kills his victims through their dreams, so no one is safe as long as he remains incorporeal and not be pulled into the real world. Of course, he has to be known in order to be a threat, AFAIK.

Also, who would win? Freddy or a nemesis?

Feadraug, I have thought of a Felaryan/Touhou cross over, the idea has amused me on several occasions. And while some might be prey others like Mokou and Utsuho would be a threat to ANY pred that got near them.

But Ash has dealt with them before too.

I'm thinking Pinhead or Pumpkin Head, personally.

Pretty sure, as long as Freddy is known, he can not only exist but kill. So, in the end, Freddy would win. Most a Nemesis can do is find some way to never sleep and constantly eat other people while they sleep to deny Freddy the pleasure of killing.

Skags would be utterly awesome. You can't even kill them with a single hit from a helix rocket launcher for God's sake (at least, I can't at level 43). A horde of them would be unthinkable. They'd be the new Kensha beast. With Borderlands I was thinking of the hilarity of all those ex-convict fortune hunters getting nommed en masse. The potential for hilarious monologue and dialogs would be endless!

As for Fallout? Really? Nothing short of a mini-nuke is going to bring down a giant Pred. Then what happens when you run out of ammo, which is likely since they don't have any production facilities left? Don't even bother bringing in a 5.56mm Chinese Assault Rifle, it won't even tickle a naga.

(To other posters) As for Godzilla... Godzilla for the total win. He'd be the Guardian of Earth if we could get him to fight on our side. Without Godzilla around I would put money on MechaGodzilla as a great Plan B.

Edited to add: I meant, Millennium Mechagodzilla, the one who actually did put Godzilla down.

Actually, most of the energy weapons would have a good shot. In-fluff the laser pistols are known to bisect humans in single bursts / "beams". Which is not good for any Giant Predator that happens to be shot with one (no way it's going to bisect them, but it could lop off fingers and the like). More powerful energy weapons (such as the [Turbo] Plasma Rifle, Gatling Lasers, etcetera) and possibly the Gauss Weapons (they are firing only 2mm rounds, but the exit wounds are likely enormous and hitting vitals doesn't require that big an injury) are going to be hell for Predators.

Of course, said weapons are only in the hands of two factions reliably: Brotherhood of Steel, and Enclave. Super Mutants have their hands on a lot of it, but only when they're in the "organized" (Master's Army) formation and even then a lot of thats from being built on a military base and having small numbers. Meanwhile, while other cities can access them (San Francisco, for instance), for the most part they're extremely rare and their cost shows it (A Gauss Weapon, for instance, will easily set you back a dozen thousand bottlecaps, where as 120 bottlecaps is seen as a typical rent for a week / month - assuming weeks it's 50 month's pay, assuming months it's over 15 years worth).

Actually, they do. They have lots of them. Fallout 3 is the one that seems to be a lil' hell-hole that has no recovery. In Fallouts 1 & 2 the Brotherhood can manufacture new Energy Weapons (and thus, presumably, the methods to create them), as well as firm belief that with Vertibirds they (or San Francisco) could build them. Medicine can also be built / supplied, as that's part of why the Modoc / Ghostfarm quest can be accomplished. Heck, Uranium is mined in the Fallout-verse for arms and nuclear plants. What doesn't seem to be in production is new suits of Power Armor (which are usually repaired older suits), new vehicles (In Fallout:Tactics there's a few tanks, but they've likely been looted instead of manufactured), and the very high-end weapons such as Gauss Rifles (which are often supplied through hidden military bases). And actually, that's still off: The Enclave can build new power armor, and often does with improvements over the last design. Of course, they are in control of a lot of the world's infrastructure (having one of the few remaining Oil Rigs that's both functional and has oil left).

The West Coast Fallout is drastically different from the East. There's non-radioactive standing water, there's arms production plants, they've got TV studios (alright, one) up and running, entire cities are in the process of being rebuilt, a Republic is being formed that stretches much of the Californian Coast and apparently has the method to construct turrets, build entire walled cities with forcefields and city-wide generators, etcetera.

Oh yeah, typical wastelander / raider is going to be smoked (or is the proper term here BBQ'd?) by a Predator. Hell, typical Wasteland Caravan / Mercenary Force is going to be smoked by a Predator. Flamethrowers and Miniguns are about the only thing they have to drive Predators off, and one's extremely limited in supplies while the other forces you to remain practically immobile and still requires AP ammunition to do proper damage.

BLAME!... isn't that the one with a megacity and weapons that are practically black hole guns in terms of deadliness?

Guardians wisk them away, or bad shit happens.

The World of Darkness, as depicted in Vampire: The Masquerade Redemption and Bloodlines. I'll bet Vivian could show Jeanette Voerman a thing or two, or vise-versa.

Doesn't WoD work under a principle that if something isn't supposed to exist, it stops existing? Yeah, Felarya physics + WoD = fight of the Gods / Universal Laws to see which triumphs. Best to observe from several universes distance.

The Whoniverse... but mainly just the Doctor. And the person with him at the time... I'd like to see what he'd say about that situation, especially this generation of Doctor.
