Now it hardly seems necessary to pop this up on the boards, but I have noticed more and more people, all over the place seeming to forget one important piece of information.

However gorgeous they are!

However nice they might be!

Succubi are Demons!

They have no use for the laws of humans unless they are dealing with humans on a day to day basis, they don't care about human morality or inhibitions, as gross as this might sound to some of you out there Succubi are often just as happy walking the streets stark naked as they are clothed and making out with their sisters as they are with people who AREN'T Blood related to them! Eeeek!

Now obviously this does not mean all Succubi are the same, obviously this does not mean all Succubi are incestuous and break the law at every opportunity to do so just cause they feel like it, but it also means that at least SOME Succubi out there should be immoral, uninhibited and not having a care in the world about who seems them doing what!

Ahem! That said /Rant

*grins* I hope this helps to make your demon characters a bit more fun everyone, and perhaps offer something of an Angels eye view of why they think Demons are so gross

Lotsa love!

On that note you made is true cubie (the race name for both inccubis and sccubis) are deamon yet they come from hell the home of deviles. Deamons and deviles are mortle enamys devils where once angels that fight the deamon to better do this they took on the form of devil and became a evil just as bad as the deamons. the difreace is deviles are like there angel breathren ruled by law deamons are not.

Dragonjaj, dunno where'd you hear that, but that's not been confirmed to be the case in Felarya- and I'd never heard of that anywhere, but I'm sure it's not their official backstory anywhere else than maybe some game of hack&slash under the pretense of roleplaying.

And we've cribbed off more than enough D&D with nine layers of hell, calling one of them Acheron, those pesky dridders, and the list goes on. Let's leave succubi at "they're sexy demons", okay?

Shula, I believe your intent with this thread was because you wanted to see more evil or at least bad girl succubi. I'm surprised, frankly- I haven't seen any at all lately. Last one I saw was by Israaldun, and she wasn't developed past jerking off at random in a corner of a bar. Guess it's up to you, then- because we all already knew that we shouldn't look forward to anyone surviving a succubus out of the kindness of their hearts.

I don't know if it counts as evil, because I have my share of bad demons, but I have a Succubus who cares mostly about her own pleasure, which is mostly sex, drinking, and scaring the crap out of mortals.

Mythological Succubi steal life force out of men through sex, and that one is no exception.

Failure in Victory part1

For my entry into the Felarya Hell and Heaven contest I made a succubi. The reason I did this instead of an angel is because while the wiki has basic information on them there is little in the form of their powers and abilities. Most succubi I see are "nice" as well, I wanted a real demon.
Amunet is an archdemon, and because of this she has increased size and power. Please let me know what you think of this story and Amunet. If you think she is an accurate representation of her demonic race. And if she is if anyone would like to see more of her.

My succubi isn't 'evil', but I don't prescribe to that whole notion anyway. If you want to examine my morality codes one only needs to look into the points of conflict that occur during the story.

Besides, I leave that sort of notion to people who are actually good at it. If you want 'that' kind of succubus story, just read up on any of manyeyedhydra's stories (no, he is not a member of the community). His naga/demon Angela definitely has interesting qualities (but she's only been featured in two stories), and some of the ideas he comes up with for the one shots are truly intriguing.

I never got the impression succubi were evil; I always got the impression they just fed off negative emotions of those who were condemned to suffer in hell. The reason they don't place much value in human morality is they don't see death as a bad thing, just kind of moving to another dimension.

If a succubi is in felarya near by and feeds off some people's negative emotions nearby, it might actually be said that the succubus is doing something good. They aren't as depressed 'cuz their negative emotions are eaten, and they can think clearer. As long as they don't run into the succubus...

So in that case you're right. Succubi aren't inherently evil. They act in what way best serves them though. That's the key.

Depends how you define evil.

If you define it by "only working to their own goals and the benefit of themselves", then yes, they are evil. It just depends how far they go. Someone can be evil without being malevolent towards everything.

I don't think that feeding off the emotions removes or lessens the emotion for the person feeling it.

Would be existence (born in Felarya) of a hybrid being between a Succubus (or Incubus) and an Angel (materialized, of course)???

You could, but I don't recommend it.
