Kevin just created a nice site on Felarya !

It's a bit slow for now but it should be corrected shortly. I can't wait to see it growing ! Enjoy !

Thanks. The site is currently...well...it's always gonna have room for improvement. Eventually, I plan on putting the full wiki on there as well as a few other surprises.

The site has room for every one's fan stories, pictures, downloads, an RP character database, all the fourms we have here; you name it, we've got it.

The way me and Karbo talked about it was that it was eventually going to make these forums obsolete. The plan is to buy new hosting for the site in april and grab a new domain name. As for these forums, we agreed that the transition wouldn't be sudden, as there are too many great topics in here to just say "drop it". Correct me if I'm wrong Karbo, but I believe the plan is to let people continue replying to topics here, but to ask that all new topics are posted in the new site.

Anyway, explore it, have fun, and remember, Felarya is Karbo's, so yeah, I made the site, but still, thank him, not me. Karbo made Felary, without him, none of us would be here.

*Grumbles* Figures. The instant I become a mod we move to a new forum. That's always my luck.

Don't mind my complaining. It's nice to see that there will finally be one centralized place to go.

the new forum looks good. I rated is as "rockin". Im already a member, im editing all my user info. Yay me! And good job to kevin and everybody who helped out

Even if it's slow for now, the new site is looking good.

Also, I'll be sure to make a backup of the important things I've done here - err... two characters and a failure for now. xD

I'm looking forward to seeing how this keeps going. Though strangely... when trying to create an account, it says my e-mail address is blacklisted... maybe because the registering feature isn't 100% operative? O.o

Actually...It may be possible to transfer the entire current forum from here to the new site, depending on how much access is available.

Haar, you will be able to keep your mod powers on the new forum. Me and Karbo agreed that since all moderators have worked for their positions, they will e honored, you are aready a Mod on the new forum. I'm sorry I didn't mention it earlier, I should have been clearer.

As far as transfering the forums, it's not a possibility. There is not enough access on forumotion to be able to get what we need to do so. Every one with something important to them here, feel free to copy and paste it into the correct forum on the new site.

Ok, all other problems aside, I forsee bad things resulting from this. The new forum may look nice, but it's a royal pain in the ass to get anywhere on it, being that it takes half an hour to open a webpage, even on high speed.

I noticed this. The best times to get online seem to be around 10PM-10AM US East Coast time. At these times, you can load it relatively fast.

Also I believe a change in host is going to be done some time in February, so hopefully that will fix the issue.

I registered yesterday, it's been well over 24 hours now and i still haven't gotten that "activation mail". How long is this supposed to take?!

Much as I'd like to agree with GREGOLE already having had two bad experiances over there in 10 mins-I feel the site deserves more of a chance

Yes i hit the Finish button! I tried registering again and it said my e-mail address was already registered! AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THE E-MAIL!!!
