#1 PLEASE Target your quotes. quote specific arguments or statements that you wish to address....

#2 the endless recursive quoting is eating up space and its making it hard to get through threads. Especially with lots of images!

#3 see how nicely that started... and then quickly degraded into a personal bashing match... try and avoid that.

#4 one word and incomplete statement posts... i know there easy... but this isn't instant messaging...

This is in no way saying anyone in particular is to be pointed at... its just a habit I have noticed springing up generally and I want to address it before it get to far out of hand. Heck I think I may have done this once XD

So next time you hit that quote button... make sure you just quote what you need too^^

I've been on many a forum and the quoting can become a problem especially with several images. With my not-so-fast computer, it takes me a while to actually load up every single image, so it's difficult to read through the posts. Most of the forums I've been on don't really have a rule, but they discourage it. It's kinda' like a common sense thing for most forum junkies, but I may have done it a bit on these forums myself as I don't pay attention to what I do all the time .

Good to see that it's being addressed.

Glad I am not the only one to think it needs addressing ^^ and i didn't even think about load time issues... thats a good point. (oh look every body i didn't need to quote to address a point!)

Can do.

I'll be happy to cut down on needless massive quotes by removing what isn't necessary for the post. (like removing quotes in quotes).

it never seems to bother me, Although i rarely quote that often, if i do do it, I'll try to cut it down, but honestly I cant think of a single thread where ive seen this o.o

Trust me, there are threads that this happens in, and I still am seeing it happen. It gets rather frustrating when there's like 20 in one post.
