| "It"s are a very mysterious race. Their true designation is a name no one on Felarya can pronounce. They reportedly reside underground, usually near a village or settlement or anywhere else where they can find a good source of food. From their burrows, the creatures release some kind of microscopic spore or pollen up to the surface, where it spreads over a desired area. This spore has a hallucinagenic effect, and enables the "It" to move around above ground unseen. This feature aids the "It" in the search for food. Being natural predators, "It"s will feed on any beings they can find (ie: nagas, mermaids, humans, nekos), usually preferring the smaller varieties (ie: children and young teens), and they get their food using an uncanny method of hunting. An "It" is said to use its spores to read people's minds, meaning it has access to its prey's thoughts and fears. It will often use the spores, usually referred to as its "dead lights", to produce images that only its prey can see. Often times, these images are meant to either lure the prey to an isolated location or simply attack it on sight using the prey's worst fears. Once the prey is secure, either alive or dead, the "It" will take them back underground and store them somewhere safe until ready to consume the remains. The most well-known case involving an encounter with an "It" occured when the city of Negav was just starting out. Reports of missing children were alarmingly high, and people were getting scared. Apparently, seven human children were able to uncover the secret of the "It"'s killing spree and tried to put a stop to it. They only managed to wound the "It", causing it to go into hibernation to recover. The "It" didn't show itself again until thirty years later, but six of the seven friends that had fought it before returned to finish the job. According to the five that had gone down into the "It"'s burrow, the creature's true form "resembled a dridder, but had two extra arms in the front. The bottom of its back end, possibly the place where the spores are produced, glowed with a white light." Whether or not this is the true form of all "It"s is still unknown.
Thanks to Stephen King for the inspiration. "We all float down here..."

| No. Just no. There is a difference between being inspired and ripping something off. This is just about ripping it off. Good job. Also, look here. Child Taker. | |

| Hey everybody! I have an idea for an aweome new race for Felarya! They are called Jedis and use lightsabers and move shit with their minds. Idea ripped from INSPIRED BY George Lucas. It was a bad movie/book anyway. Get your 'inspiration' from better sources at least. | |

| I liked the movie. And the book.,
But seriously, take a FEW Liberties! This isn't even a ripoff. It's literally lifting the character from its original setting and placing it into Felarya.

| Never heard of it. Thus, it seems pretty good. But, ripping off people isn't good. | |

| No. Because people like the guy I quoted come up with stupid comments like that that do next to nothing to help me improve on making creature ideas. | |

| Oh. Constructive criticism? Good idea. The problem is, you relied too much on the inspiration. Just take the basic idea, warp it almost beyond recognition, and adapt it to either a story or, given the author's wishes, adapt it to the wold itself.
Like lizardmen. I've had an idea for a group of lizardmen who live in a tribal jungle environment who might seem to be based on the lizardmen from War Hammer. But I changed the look, made them more low to the ground, gave them an extra set of nostrils, and made a few cultural quirks (throwing their dead into a pit with a certain plant and when the next generation saplings come, they are seen as the reincarnated and restful souls of the the dead). To adapt it to Felarya, I intend to give them a limited connection to the Dryad Network, due to their connection with plants. See, the basic concept of "nature tuned lizard people" is still there, but the race is just different enough to avoid being mocked openly. See?
This kind of differentiation can be made in less than a day, easily.

Constructive Critique; Get your own idea. All you did was basically take it and drop her into Felarya. You even had the PLOTLINE of It in this! Be a bit more creative and think up your own idea, dlau. I frankly can't take you seriously because of things like this, honestly.

| Thank you, FalconJudge. You really gave me something to think about for next time, unlike L'Ryn and her little sockpuppet, Sillysausage. | |

Dude, that's what we've been saying, you're just too busy crying over your ED article or disliking the fact we told you that you copied the story into Felarya. You even called the creature IT. Point here is, if you can't make an actual idea off of your inspiration, don't put it up because we WILL call you out on it.

If you just keep saying the same thing, it starts to seem mean. I mean, saying it twice is enough...

| Oh, don't worry about her, FalconJudge. I know her on DA and she's a bitch there too. I'm beginning to think she actually wants to create drama just so she can have another whack at me. Sad, isn't it? | |

Ah, I'm sorry Dlausactor. Would you like me to tell you how great your idea is and what a wonderful person you are? How's Kwenchy? I am a bitch, but I'm an honest one. And you're the one who starts the drama, Dlau, I just giggle at it like a little school girl. 8D

| No. I don't think I will. Oh, and Kwench is gone. Poor guy abandoned his account. Normally I'd make some wisecrack about how it has something to do with you on his watchers list, but I think I'll refrain from doing that... for now. | |

| Oh, didn't see you there, Moony. So I suppose that now that we have both Tweedledee and Tweedledum here things will start to heat up.
Oh, BTW, you and L'Ryn can decide who's who.
