| I think that predators should have the ability to control their digestive juices. That way, a prey and predator that are in love with eachother can "play" eat/be eaten, without horrifying consequences lol | |

| In such a magical word, that could be possible.
However, I imagine it rarely happening, since predators are very cunning and could use this to their advantage. They could promise to control their stomachs for those lovers of vore that are in Felarya, when in reality they plan to make it for keeps.
It's quite scary. | |

| Erm...
Recreational eating?
Eating being something most humans avoid like the plague?

| I believe that it has been established that this is a place where being eaten is ALWAYS fatal. | |

| Well there maybe some predators who can control their stomach like that ( Katrika or Menyssan come to mind ), but most don't. Personnaly I admit I am not too fond of gentle or consensual vore... if vore become harmless, it tends to remove all the interest of the thing for me ^^; | |

| It is possible. There is a plant that temporally stops digestive prosess. But most of the time the preds are lieing and people get eaten. | |

| Vorarephiles? In Felarya? Blashpemy!!
This concept is actually used in alot of places, Felarya wouldn't be surprising.

| Decent enough idea. Vore wouldn't neccessarily be needed, though I can see why one would involve it on Felarya (And, more importantly, why one WOULDN'T want to involve it). - The Rev wrote:

I haven't heard of any examples (Beyond felarya) involving Vore-Fetish relationships between the big thing and the 'food'. Unless you mean that mind-destroying pr0n known as unbirth. Throne, now you reminded me of such. Someone grab me some bleach and a soldering iron.

That is a good idea. In fact, it could mostly be used as a tool against preds. Use the plant to survive in the stomach, irritate the pred, and get... uh... let out through the mouth... And Karbo, maybe the preds avoid this plant like the plague, unless they really like someone... Or they find someone they tasted too tasty to digest RIGHT away...

The plant was origenaly desined so that it could be used by the pred so they could enjoy the squrms of the prey, why still fealing full for a longer time. It could be used to excape, but i dont thick the preds body would alow that. - Malahite wrote:

Well, maybe make a stronger version of it, cultivated just for play vore? Hey now, there's making natural evolutions, and then there's just setting up for your fantasies. Don't see me runnin' 'round, suggesting trees that grow Chainsaw Swords or Cathedral Ships or something. [/Blatently obvious sarcasm]And slowing digestion down is plenty enough time to learn that the stomach is as hard as a rock.

Agreed, The flipside being they can't get you to stop having it. Of course, the great thing is that there's more stuff in Felarya than just the vore content. There's so much adventure to be had.

| *thinks* See, I like regular vore just fine - this is like stuff in the GTS fetish where you say that a victim is immortal - or can be resurrected... it just takes the edge off. | |

| Again, even if you use this plant to slow digestion, there's no real way to escape. The esophagus is just too powerful.
You could either do one of two things:
Cut through the stomach, which is physically possible, but it requires a little effort (though plenty of preds stomachs regenerate over time, if I remember correctly.)
or
Use a muscle relaxant commonly used in institutions to calm muscle spasms. The theory is that it would weaken the muscles in the pred's throat, slowing peristalsis and digestion in general, and giving someone a chance to escape.

| In one of my stories, Crisis implores Drayla to voluntarily eject someone from her stomach - she does this by opening her belly through the roots connecting flesh and wood, and allowing the man in question and all her stomach acid to spill out onto the ground.
However, to prevent serious damage she then needed to eat like crazy, so Crisis helped gather food for her.
