“Really?” Doug asked at the news his suburban had been repaired. “That…wow, I wasn’t expecting that. I had written that car off. Thanks Narin!” As she mentioned how he wanted to be carried, Daug paused and looked up at her, picking out the different possible places he could ride. There was the feet, of course, he figured it would be pretty safe, though her talons gave her pause. He thought of sitting on her shoulder, but that seemed precarious at best. He didn’t want to rely on his own grip to hold himself in place. “Um, I don’t know,” Doug said at length. “Wherever you think I’d be the safest. And have a good view if possible too”

“Huh? You want to go with Narin? I guess that’s fine,” Myrah said, hearing Niklas change his mind. She picked him up and handed him to the harpy. “But I don’t mind you coming with,” She added, stooping to pick up Ryan and Brent, taking care not to damage the latter’s new wings. She set them on her spider half where Niklas once sat. “Anyway, We should meet again tomorrow, Cazaria, Narin, you’re welcome to breakfast if you want.”

Meanwhile, Aeille briefly flew up to Brent, taking the matchbox sized car from him. “What’cha need a car for anyway? You got wings, and you’re going on the dridder express! Besides, cars just attract attention here. So, mind if I borrow this? Thanks!” She said, fluttering to the ground without waiting for an answer. She set the car down and grew it back to normal size. Shrinking and grabbing her bundle of cocooned humans, she got into the driver’s seat. “I’m gonna go have dinner, catch you later Brentie! …um, which pedal is the gas again?”

"Will you hold on for just one second?! I asked you to grow my car back so I could get my stuff out!" Brent said, flying back over to his car and opening the back door, taking his belongings like his portable game consoles, his games, and his comic books and regular books alike, putting them inside his backpack and making sure everything fit. Once he finished packing everything up, he closed the back door, and went over to the passenger side, opening the door and getting inside.

"Alright, let me give you a rundown on this car. You'll need THIS..." He then took his keys out of his pocket and put the car key in the ignition. "...in order to start the car up. The gas is on the right, the brake is on the left. Hold the brake down and turn the key to start the car up. Than you put the car in drive with this stick right here. Otherwise, the car'll just make a revving noise and you won't go anywhere when you press down on the gas, since it's in park right now, which is also the mode that it'll need to be in when you turn it off, and the mode it'll need to be in when you start it back up." He than took a hold of the stick and held the button down on it to release it from it's position, changing it from 'P' to 'D', than back to 'P'. "If you want to back the car up, you'll need to put it in reverse, which will be 'R' right here where the stick is."

"As for the gas pedal, just press on it lightly and give it more gas as you go, and DON'T just push down on it with everything you've got. Otherwise, it'll jut forward and crash into something. And USE the brakes, okay? I don't want a wrecked car brought back here. Also, you're gonna have to be careful about using gasoline..." He than pointed to the gas meter, tapping on it so that Aeille would know what he was talking about. "I've put plenty of gas in here before I came to Felarya, so it'll be around full when you use it. But still, I'd appreciate it if you'd be careful with how much you use the car. I've only got a limited supply of gasoline to keep the car going, and I'm not sure if they sell gasoline here or not. And no, you can't just put any liquid inside the gas tank. That'll ruin the car's engine."

"Anyway, um...I think that covers everything I have to say about using my car. I haven't had any real problems with it, and I'm sure it'll run on you just fine. Not too worried about it getting stuck in mud either since I'm sure you'll probably just grow and get it unstuck. All I ask is that you take good care of my car, and please, please, PLEASE don't wreck it. I'm taking a huge risk trusting you with something that you've never driven before, and I'm gonna need the car when I get back home. Anyway, that just about covers it. If you can use them, I've got some Sonic games for the Sega Genesis, and a few Jak and Ratchet games you can play with the PS2. The consoles are both in the back of my car if you can manage to use them." And with that, Brent got out of the passenger seat and closed the door, slinging his backpack onto his shoulder and flying back onto Myrah's spider half, saying, "Alright, I'm ready whenever y'all are."

"Ah, thanks!" Narin said with a blush. "Anyway, if you want to be in the safest place with a good view, I know exactly where to put you!" She then kneeled down and than scooped him up with one of her feathered wings, standing up as she scooped Niklas up with her other one. "So where do you want me to carry you? Same place as...um..." She then looked back at Doug and asked, "Your name's Doug, right? That's what Liena told me, but I just wanted to be sure."

Hearing what Aaron said, Cazaria tucked the human that she was sucking on in her cheek and flew up to Aaron, saying, "Ah, don't worry, you can come with me! I won't make you a sucky treat if that's what you're worried about. I've already got that position filled." She than looked back at Coda and smiled, asking, "Right, Coda?"

In the meantime Coda had found a comfortable place against a tree nearby, that he checked to make sure it wouldn't suddenly reach down and grab him of course, to sit and relax for a moment while everyone else went about deciding who they would go with, his choice not really making a difference because of his deal, which he was reminded about when he heard Cazaria talk to him, he simply replied with a nod as he went back to his own collection of thoughts. Which was at the moment trying to find a positive of his near future consisting of being sucked on like a piece of hard candy.

"Hey, i just thought. can't we use some vines to secure yourselves in a place with good view?" Niklas asked Doug and Narin.

Aaron looked down at the grass as he met Cazaria's eyes, not sure what to say. He was anxious to meet Myrah's Kids, but thought Cazaria seemed like a really fun, if somewhat dangerous fairy. He slowly looked back up into the fairy's eyes and decided it was best to tell the truth.

"Well, I was kind of hoping to see Myrah's Kids, but you seem really fun too. I'm not sure who I prefer really. As for being sucked on...my main concern is staying alive, other than that I dont care a whole lot."

A massive sweat drop could be seen trailing the side of his head as he said that. He knew he'd regret it, but it's partially true. Aaron's goal in life was to die old and successful, not young, from digestion. He was mostly over the shock of giantesses the height of small buildings too.

(short and stupid, yes, but I'm off for a few days)

Meanwhile...

Chiba finally slowed to a stop, shocked at what had just happened. "Was that a... Tree-Person?" Confusion whirled about in his mind.

"Wait..." Chiba jotted down the words "tree-people, poss. man-eating" on his scratch pad, tucking it into his hoodie. He slumped down by a tree stump, and as he fell into a deep sleep, he softly sleep-sang...

"Please don't wake me... No, don't shake me... Leave me where I am... I'm only sleeping..."

(No problem, Tuc. From what I know, Ryan and I are going with Myrah. Coda's going to be going with Cazaria, and Niklas and yourself are going with Narin. There hasn't been a decision about who Aaron's going with. Cazaria's expressed interest in taking him, but I think he wants to go with Myrah.)

“Sure sure,” Aeille said dismissively, only half paying attention to Brent’s instructions. “Relax, I’ve seen this done lots of times. Usually by humans running from me. I’ll bring it back in at least one piece.” With that, Aeille revved the engine, put the car into drive, and floored the gas. In a spray of soil, grass, and leaves, the car took off through the forest, with Aeille steering with one hand and grabbing shrunken silk wrapped humans with the other. And of course, heavy music blasting out of the radio speakers.

“My condolences on your loss, Brent,” Doug said, watching the whole scene from his vantage point on Narin’s wing. He was half buried in the soft black feathers, though he kept his head and shoulders up out of the down. His arms gripped the edge of the wing rather tightly. He didn’t feel like he was slipping or falling, but still, he didn’t fancy a drop of that height. He glanced up at Narin. “Yeah, I’m Doug. So, where are we going to ride?” He asked. For some strange reason, he was feeling a slight tingle of déjà vu.

“Oh, don’t worry about that,” Myrah commented, as Brent flew back to perch on the back of her spider half. “Dridders are safer than cars here. And if Aeille does wreck it, I’ll cocoon her in silk. Narin, Cazaria, I’ll see you at breakfast.” With that, Myrah turned and left, scuttling across the forest floor, taking care not to go to fast or rough and knock Brent and Ryan off of her back. She traveled through the woods for some time. Evening was falling by the time she came to her lair, and the silken barrier that served as a door to her home. She set Brent and Ryan down as she began opening this up , letting them see into the well lit, silk carpeted cavern beyond.

Meanwhile, not too far away, Chiba would hear the sound of a car engine approaching him from a distance. From the sound of it, it was moving at reckless speeds. And had its radio turned all the way up and blasting out music.

Despite the huge chance that Aeille would wreck his car, he couldn't help but chuckle at Myrah's comment about wrapping the electric fairy in silk, replying with, "Thanks, Myrah. Hopefully, that won't be necessary." As Myrah took Ryan and himself back to her home, Brent stayed silent throughout the trip, looking at the scenery around them as Myrah made her way to her humble abode. After all, nobody was saying anything to him, and he never was one to strike up conversation.

Once the three of them had arrived at Myrah's lair, Brent stood up, intending to fly off her abdomen so that Myrah wouldn't have to set him down, but her hands were already wrapping around him and Ryan, so he stayed quiet, letting the giant dridder set them on the ground. While their arachnid host was removing the web barrier, Brent took a look inside, impressed with the silk floor that Myrah had put down, subconsciously wondering what the kids were going to be like.

"Goodbye, Myrah!" Narin called to Myrah as she left, focusing her attention on the two humans that were in her wings. "Anyway, let's go on ahead and get you to my home. But first..." The vulture harpy then extended her tongue and started licking against the feathers on her right wing, doing her best to dry off her tongue. After she was done, she lifted the two humans up to her mouth and placed them on her now dried tongue, taking off into the air and keeping her mouth open to circulate air to dry the rest of her mouth and to give her human passengers a wonderful view of the Felaryan world below them.

Soon, as night started to fall, the vulture harpy's cave came into view, a rock hole cut out inside an enormous mountain. The harpy's flight slowed down a bit as she prepared for a landing.

"Well, guess you're comin' with me." Cazaria said with a smile, holding a now shrunken Aaron in her hand since Myrah had left. Without another world, she flew over to where Coda was, shrinking him and scooping him up in her other hand, now flying off towards her home, keeping her hands cupped so the humans wouldn't fall from her hands accidentally.

"Eh, sorry you couldn't go with Myrah this time...but hey, you've still got me and my sucky treat for company! Besides, you can always go with her next time we trade off, y'know?" the fairy said to Aaron, trying to cheer him up in case he had been a bit discouraged since he didn't go with Myrah.

Alliance(Actually, jus call me PK),packed up to head into the dangerous world, with no vehicle, he was well prepared. He carried at his side, a great fire blade. In his bag he had.....his ipod stereo and ipod. You never know when playing the right music will save ur life in felarya. and lastly, an x-ray scanning visor.
