The Oni

Oni

size: depends of the job.

The onis are one the most numeours and basic creatures in hell. They are humanoid with sharp claw wild hair, and two or one depending of the rank long horns growing from their heads. Some of them possess unnatural features such as odd numbers of eyes or extra fingers and toes. Their skin may be any number of colors, but red and blue are particularly common. They are often depicted wearing tiger-skin loincloths and carrying iron clubs, called kanabo.
The Oni have a particuliar conception of hell, for them hell is a big administration where everyone has something to do and they will guarantee of the good working. Their task vary in function of their rank,size,intelligence and place, by example in Erebus the male are human size or slightly taller, are the taskmaster of the low rank demons in charge of bringing the damned soul to the succubus and be sure they are well-feeded. They don't hesitate to use strenght in case of need. The female who are gigantic are in chage to bring the punishment to the damned souls who try to escape from their fate. It's rumored in hell it's better to be eaten by a succubus than an Oni female. In the fourth cicrle, there are mostly male of the different size they are in charge of the craft of all the object use by the demon. The blacksmith ones are directly under the command of the queen of the silver succubus who possess all the metal existing in hell.
In Archeron they are responsible of the security of the different cities, they are known and respected for the great impartiality. Their role is not to arrest the demons but to be sure their action are perfectly acceptable, in clear everything is fine as long as you are not caught.
The onis are intolerant against anyone who try to break the rules of hell, no matter who is it. The case of the opponent of the good working of hell is solved by the Queen of all the Oni Attila.

The Oni Queen Attila

Attila is called the mother of the Onis or their queen due to the fact she biggest. As all the Oni she has a work to do, she is the living prison for the demons who try to break the rules of hell. The form of Attila vary in function of the circle where she appears, in Erebus her skin is red and she has two horns contrary to the Archeron where her skin is blue and she has one horn. But two things don't change, her glowing third eyes and her bloated belly. Attila is permanent digestion, inside her belly you can find many demons from the single imp to the powerfull devil lord. All of them are burn by the stomach acids until their sentences end, it can be a tempory time in prison, or an eternal suffer or a slow and painful death. The scariest thing with Attila is the fact she know exactly who are in her stomach and the reason. She can spit out a captive in case of change in the sentence or when the sentence is ended. The only ways to escape from Attila is she spit out her captive or to be completely digested.

Important things to know
The place where Attila live is unknown dimension from all the demons, she appears when there is a newcomer or when she has to free someone. When her task is done she comes back in her dimension.

How Attila proceed
Attila work as a normal prison, her preys have been previously sentenced in court. Her closed third eye open, and inform her about the judgement. The future captive has two choice, to let the guard escort him/her to the place where Attila will appear or trying to escape but there is a problem "If you don't come to Attila, Attila will come to you."
Attila always catches her prey no matter how powerfull it can be or the place where it hides.

Attila is an interesting character ( I love the name too ^^ )
I think the idea of enforcers, or "police" of sort in hell is nice ^^
