| The village is inhabited by a mixture of Humans, Elves, nagas, dridders,Nekos and Fairies mostly Female, there are soldiers on the borders of the village defending the village from outside attackers such as the insects or those who wish to destroy the peace, the prey species can still be eaten so it is not a definate safe village. There are normal jobs like bakers, Teachers, soldiers, hunters and mny more. Teachers Teach the young the basics in life and also how to hunt, the others jobs should be obvious enough. There is a river that runs through the village which mermaids frequantly pass through.
To make things interesting I will be adding some random events EG: Natural disasters, Insect atacks, predator atacks and others
and I will control some of the Children and soldiers of the village when neccasary.
you can be any of the above mentioned races so long as they fit into the village easily.
To join fill in the following Form
Name: Race: Gender: Height: Hair Color: Eye Color: Age: Occupation:

| Eh, there's lots of races out there that can coexist with humans and such. You forgot to mention nekos for example. Would other races be alright? (I mostly mention this because I want to bring in Tethys.)
Also, as for nagas and dridders and such, I assume that for them to blend in, they'd have to be human scale, correct?
Anyway, a villiage based RP would make for a nice contrast for most of the RP's here, which are mostly a small group of preds/preys/both having various adventures. I'll write up a character once I get these answered.

| Name: Michael Imparato Race: Human Gender: Male Height: 5' 8" Hair Color: Dirty blonde Eye Color: Blue Age: 18 Occupation: Assassin My name is Michael Imparato. I had arrived to the strange world of Felarya only a few years ago, three to be exact. I am now 18 years old. I am an assassin. When I first arrived in Negav, I met a man who made many amazing things. He was an inventor. He helped re-create my ancestor's assassin equipment, including the two hidden blades, modifications to one of the blade gauntlets, and the same outfit that he wore back in Italy during the 1500's. His name was Miguel Lucio Imparato. During the three years I have spent in Negav, I have assassinated different people: People who were crooked, corrupt, and evil. I have never assassinated an innocent, as that is part of the antient Creed that the assassins have always followed. | |

| Destro sat behind the counter in her shop, having just turned the sighn to open, moreover the delicous smell of baking pastires filled the air in and around the bakery. Destro smiled humming to herself as she spread chocolate frosting on a batch of recently baked Eclairs, then she moved to spread the chocolate on a batch of Neera eclairs. Destro looked around putting both sets of eclairs on display before moving to mix up batter for a bunch of Neera cupcakes. | |

| ((Maybe it could be a city, like Negav?)) Michael strolled casually down the street in the village. He was an Assassin, and followed the antient Assassin's Creed: Stay your blade from the flesh of an innocent. Be discreet. Do not compromise the brotherhood. "Nothing is true," Michael whispered to himself as he remembered his code, "everything is permitted." Suddenly, he was snapped back into reality as the sweet, suculent smell of pastries filled his nose. Realizing how hungry he was, Michael followed the heavenly aroma, finding himself at the door of a bakery. He walked in, and saw the Half-Fairy mixing her batter in a bowl. "Excuse me," Michael said as he approached the counter, "how much for a pastry?"

| Name: Tethys Race: Ghost (formerly elf) Gender: Female Height: 6’2” Hair Color: White Eye Color: Spectral blue Age: Unknown. Appears to be a young adult. In reality, she is ancient. Occupation: Weaver by day, guard by night.
Tethys generally appears as a tall and regal elf, dressed in an elegant gown and wearing a silver tiara with blue gems. She has fair skin, and white hair that she wears long, often with a few strands of it braided and decorated with ribbons. However, being a ghost, her ethereal nature is visually obvious. She often appears transparent, and her eyes have a light blue glow to them. However, she is solid and feels like an actual elf.
However, her actual spirit isn’t contained in her body. It’s contained in a small handheld lantern that she constantly keeps near to herself. It is framed in polished iron, decorated with gold detailing, and has crystalline windows on all four sides. In the center of it, a ghostly blue flame burns. It brightens as Tethys uses her abilities, and dims when she rests or her body is disspeled. The lantern is unusually strong, and very hard to damage. Tethys’ body cannot get too far from the lantern, or it will disappear. If the body is destroyed, it will eventually reappear near to the lantern.
It may seem strange for a ghost to live among the living, but Tethys isn’t a felaryan brand of phantom. In truth, she just wants to live as she did while alive, and is tired of being alone. She was accepted in the village when she used her mental abilities to hide the village from a rather weak minded naga.
(Let me know if this is alright)

| Name: Alexiah Race: Believed to be Axis/human hybrid Gender: Female Height: 6’3” Hair Color: Blonde Eye Color: Very dark brown Age: Unknown. Appears to be in her early to mid twenties. Occupation: Special Forces/Assassin.
Like the Axis forces opperating in Negav; little is know about Alexiah. Her appearence is striking; a tall atractive woman with plae skin dressed in nothing by horizon blue webbing; armed with a heavy machine gun with a large python coiled around her body. When visiting settlements for supplies or on recon she usually wears a hooded garment to hide her apperance, staging as a snake dancer with her pet.

| Name: Nerro Species: Naga (Water Naga) Gender: Male Height: 5'11 (From ground to head) Hair Color: Dark Green Eye Colour: Light Blue Scale Colour: Dark Olive, with black diamonds Age: 26 Occupation: Fisherman / River Warden
Nerro is a human sized naga who lives in the village. He is very slim, with long green hair. Being a water naga, he is most comfortable near water and can swim nearly as good as a mermaid. He was born alone outside the village, but made his way to it at a young age to avoid large predators. He is a bit self-centered, with an objective world view, but can be friendly despite his low patience.
Nerro is a master of fishing and has set up a series of nets that catches a good amount of fish daily. His skill as a water mage does help this. Besides being in charge of catching this food source, it's also his job to make sure that people traveling through the village river behave themselves and that the mermaids don't get into any trouble, as well as generally maintaining the waterway.

Destro turned pouring the batter in a bunch of cupcake molds each complete, with a neera bound with edible caramel rope.

| Alexiah walked through the village, although she wore a hooded clock to hide her identity, the python coiled around her did attract a lot of looks from the community. 'Such a diversity of species here.' she thought to herself, this being her first time at the village; children darting infront of her path. Alexiah stopped, taking notice of a bakery across the road. Stepping into the shop she saw a young man being served by a small rather strange looking girl. Alexiah took her place in the queue, trying to stop her pet from wandering, though she felt rather imapatient. "I'll have three mince pies, and maybe an eclair" she paused for a second while she remembered her manors, "once this young gentelman is done." she said in a calm voice. | |

| Quietly, Tethys walked from the path onto one of the streets of the hidden village. It had been an uneventful night, the best kind in her opinion. But morning was now upon her, and her vigil in watching the outskirts of the town was complete. She didn’t fancy herself as a soldier or a mercenary, keeping watch on the town was just a service she performed in return for the villagers letting her dwell among them. Besides, her nature made her uniquely suited to the task. Carrying her lantern in one hand, she removed the cloth she had over it to mute it’s light, and made her way between the houses of the residents.
She paused in her walk, stopping at the high point of the bridges arch. Leaning against the guard rail, she looked down over the river as it lazily flowed and burbled beneath the wooden planks of the bridge. It was a pleasant spot for her, she liked stopping here for a while before heading back to her own home and place of work. For a while, she just rested there, setting her lantern on the guardrail and watching the fishermen prepare for their day’s work.

| Michael turned to look at Alexiah, and smiled. "Please, ladies first." He said in a charming tone, stepping away from the counter as he gestured toward it. "I've still yet to decide on what to buy, anyway." He then continued to look at the pastries, unable to decide what he should get. It was then that Michael looked at Alexiah's snake. "What species of snake is that?" He asked with curiosity. He remembered owning a California King snake back on Earth.

| "How polite of you." Alexiah said, looking down at the young man. she stroked the snake's head and smiled. "I'm not certain of the speices; some type of native python, at over seven metres long and over one hundred kilograms in weight, she is a big sanke." she stated, answering Michael's question, before turning her attention to the counter.

| "Yeah, I can se how big she is." Michael replied with a chuckle. "Tell me, what brings you to this village?" Michael decided to have a conversation with Alexiah, as he attempted to decide what to buy. "By the way," he said as he bowed to Alexiah, "my name is Michael Imparato. It is a pleasure to meet you." Michael once again stood straight, and examined Alexiah without trying to stare at her. He could see that Alexiah was reasonably taller than he was, and something seemed oddly...familiar about her. He wasn't sure if it was his assassin's instincts telling him this, or if it was just a gut feeling. | |

| Alexiah turned round to face Michael, after hearing his question. "My name is Alexiah, I'm only her to buy some food before I move on, it is pleasure to meet you too Michael." Alexiah caught sight of Michael looking at her, she bent down and looked him in the eyes. "I know you are armed Mr. Imparato, and so am I. I'm only here to buy some food, I don't want any troube and I hope for your sake you don't either." she whispered sternly, before standing up and turning back towards the counter. "So how much for three mince pies, an eclair and whatever this young man is having?" | |

| Michael was surprised at what Alexiah had just said. "It is true that I am armed," he whispered back, "and it is also true that I do not wish for any trouble. However, you are not a target of mine, and you shall never be a target of mine. I was simply wondering if you, too, were an assassin like I am." He continued to look into her eyes in a gentle manner. "Once we get our food, please follow me to somewhere private, if you would allow me to explain myself." | |

| Alexiah looked back at Michael. "It will be a pleasure, however a bit of advice, an assassin such as yourself should never expose himself in public, you don't know who else could be listening in." Alexiah tapped her fingers on the counter, her pet started to writhe around her matching her own impatients. | |

| Nerro slithered down the bank of the river, watching the various fishermen set up for the day. He nodded in approval, though making some comments. A novice could do more harm than good. Especially that one time those fairies had though dynamite fishing might be fun... the passing mermaids were not amused. He didn't mind too much. As innocent as they seemed, he generally viewed even the human sized mermaids as threats. Damn watery tarts were always snatching fish for themselves.
He also checked the nets he had set up. Of course, catching fish for just himself was easy. Wading slightly into the shallows, he suddenly lashed out and pulled a wriggling fish out of the water. He grinned, stuffing the entire flopping fish into his mouth. He suddenly got the feeling someone was watching him. He glanced up at the bridge, the jerking fish tail still hanging out of his mouth. He tilted his head back and swallowed.
The elf was watching him. Who was she again? Ah, yes, the new one. New guard. Didn't look much like a guard. Looked more like... well... a weaver, which is what she also was.
"Mornin'." he said, moving around to get up onto the bridge. "How was the night, uh... what was your name again?"

| Tethys looked up as the naga spoke next to her. She hadn’t noticed him slithering up onto the bridge, intent as she was with watching the proceedings below, and just admiring the river itself. She got up off the guard rail and picked up her lantern again. It wouldn’t do to leave it behind, or to have a gust of wind spring up and sweep it into the river. Not that the blue flame in it could be extinguished by any mundane means. “Good morning.” Tethys said pleasantly, smiling at the naga. “Call me Tethys please. You’re the river warden, aren’t you? Nerro, was it?”
“Anyway, the night was calm and peaceful. Not a soul around, save for a few of the watchmen. A couple of wolves were hunting, regular ones, not the huge six legged ones. They were easily directed elsewhere,” Tethys said, making a little idle chit chat. “It would almost be boring, but I understand such uneventful nights are a blessing on this world. I’ve heard so many tales of danger about this place. Still, it’s a beautiful world, for all it’s peril.”

| Destro smiled pulling the mince pies, fresh out o the oven leaving them a couple of minutes to cool down before putting them in a small basket with the eclair, puttng that on the counter and getting a second basket ready "your order comes to £15 in total for you miss" she says gently to Alexiah, reaching briefly over the counter to pet at her pet snake giggling as she felt its tongue against her hand before she pulled it back. | |

| "Aye. Dangerous it is. Especially for us." replied Nerro. "It seems strange, but a village is almost more dangerous. Not in the short term... but long term there's a greater chance something wants to make a meal of everyone. It takes a lot of tough people and a lot of magic to keep the big predators away."
He looked the new guard over. He guessed she was some sort of mage, what with the weird lantern and the fact she didn't seem much of a fighter. Magic was just as good as steel, though.
"That's why monitoring the river is important." he continued. "Lots of strange or even dangerous stuff could float in. Even if a massive sixty or seventy foot predator mermaid can't get in, there's plenty of smaller perils. You gotta watch out for big fish, like Mycorpes. But the worst is definitely the Exovoles. We try to maintain the water gates so only smaller fish can get through, but the Exovoles have often jumped right over it. Then someone has to go in and get it out... usually me."
He paused, looking over his river.
"So, where'd you float in from?"

| "Hmmm, it seems she likes you." Alexiah said with a smile as she placed a solid platinum coin on the counter. "I'm unsure about the local currency but this should cover it." she stated, looking at the baker before turning round to face Michael. "Have you decided what you want yet?" she asked still smiling. | |
