| I read a couple of RPs that seemed to involve slave/slave caravans within Felarya...
is that kind of thing even possible here? I mean i realize that Léa was a slave before Crisis found her... still...

| It wouldn't be surprising if Felarya had slaves and human trafficking in some parts. The place is pretty much a microcosm of billions of cultures, so chances are that a good amount of them has no qualms toward slavery. | |

| Slavery is illegal in Negav, in that it is illegal to enslave a citizen of Negav.
However, as a world that connects to many others, slaver parties often travel through Felarya. They may even do business in or near Negav. They could even prey on the less fortunate members of that city, though the authorities would come down hard if they found out.

| Yeah, most Negavian citizens are armed as well, I can imagine an angry mob going after the slavers if they find out | |

I can understand a place like Negav not liking slaver... slavery is a dangerous buisness all by itself even without the native predators around

| Doing such an illegal activity on Felarya or Negav, especially in defiance of the Magiocrats, is rife with consequence. People will be stupid enough to still do it, but yes it's an industry people get into in Deeper Felarya and such. | |

the only places the law touches in Felarya is Negav, the villages around negav, Safe Harbor, and theat island in the topazial sea. the law dosent touch the jungles, so slavery is best there

| Well, you wouldn't be practicing slavery in the jungle itself.
In the jungles of Felarya, slavery would probably manifest in offworlders trying to capture tribal villagers, or simply using Felarya as a go-between world transporting slaves between two worlds. Though this is dangerous, I figure if you're transporting something illegal like slaves, going through Felarya would make you difficult to trace....

| come to think of it I have been wondering about slave's in Felarya. because I've been reading a story by Lyiba-MoonEyes(from deviantART)about a slave girl who escapes from slavers and I've been thinking that there is slavery in some parts of Felarya(but not all parts of Felarya) I wonder if the slavers know anything about the giants of Felarya because I mean those giants could get an easy meal if the slavers aren't careful ___________________________________________ I wil always be happy to see fellow Felarya members | |

| I think in that case they'd be more prone to stealing eggs and cute little nagalings and such. They'd need advanced tech tho that's capable of getting away at very fast speeds however. | |

that remind you of any other preds that have gone through that as a hatchling? (Jissy) I never thought of taking preds to become slaves, but that just a=may be a very interesting Idea provided those who do so know what they are dealing with

| I wrote a story hinting that there were rumors of a gang in the Negav Underground that did some trafficking. However, it was all extremely hush-hush, and couldn't really be confirmed. Chances are, it's just rumors... | |

| I wonder who would want to steal predator eggs and make the little predators slaves because I mean most predators(like the Harpies)protect there eggs you would have to be pretty stupid to try and steal a predator egg without the right gear am I right? ______________________________________ I will always be happy to see fellow Felarya members

Yeah, I had an idea like this too. I figure there's a whole sort of quiet war going on between slaver gangs and the authorities.

Yeah, I had an idea like this too. I figure there's a whole sort of quiet war going on between slaver gangs and the authorities. Well, if the Underground is like a lot of other slums of large cities, the authorities usually figure they have more important things to do and don't waste the resources for any serious efforts. They have to pick their battles.
