The Proving Quest

I have an annoucement for all of you, and this thread's title pretty much got the title right. I'll stop using my current DA account for making stories. I'll use it instead to do my motivationals, humor stuff, and ranting.

I will make a new account, that I will use solely for story writing. But before making stories again, I need to find what got me in story writing in the first place. I won't tell my new account's name, I will reveal it in the future, once I'm ready returning to writing.

So yeah, it's pretty much an enlightement/proving quest for me. I won't change account on this forum though, and I will stay active. I will leave my characters' care to Zoekin, especially Fiolla, she needs to get over her damn snake phobia.

So, I think its time to say goodbye to my current career of writer, for now, and learn about Felarya. Until next time my friends. *waves*

I Read it. It was pretty good over all, although the Conversations were a bit confusing.

I corrected the conversations, it should be easier to read now.

Here's a synopsis of Chapter 10:

Sean continued going down the Jewel River, while fishing from time to time. He eventually meet up with an Ichthy knight named Vand'Oren. Anko also meet up with Sean, but she doesn't eat him. She simply looks at Vand'Oren before saying his name. Apparently, the two of them knows each other. Van simply says that he's been sent here to investigate the Underwater Crystal Caves and nothing else; leaving afterward. This leaves Anko heartbroken and depressed. During the night, Sean go sees her as she didn't stop crying the whole day, and she didn't even eat anything, not even a fish. He tries to console her, and asks what is the story between her and Vand'Oren. She explains that they are childhood friends and grew up together; they used to pull all sorts of pranks on everyone, and they laughed a lot. One day, Vand'Oren left to the Topazial Sea to follow his dream of becoming a knight, but he promised he would come back to have fun again; they didn't saw each other again until this very day. Sean reassure Anko that he will open Van's eye, and she thanks Sean in her own way: a prank. The following day, Van found the Underwater Caves. Sean attempt discussing with him, but they are interrupted by the cocky knight who challenged Van a few days earlier. This time, he was covered in crytals. He challenged Van again, but used dirty tricks to gain the upper hand. Disgusted, Sean interrupted the fight, challenging the knight to a one-on-one fight with him. He accepted, and he was defeated despite him cheating. Van recognizes Sean's potential and accepts to have him as a back up in the Caves. The next chapter concludes this story.
