| I don't seem to have that problem... Do you have an advertisement-blocker? You should use that, maybe it helps. ^^ | |

Borderline. The General forum is far from an absurd place for this thread. Particularly as there's no technical forum, as the "Off topic" section description doesn't really correspond either, and as General contains things such as the "Introduce yourself" thread, and the forum rules. Leaving it here for now, unless any other mod disagrees. | |

| I upgraded to firefox 5.0 which seems to have almost completely alleviated the problem. Thanks for suggestions. | |

| No, firefox 5.0 came out a few days ago.  However, mine is still running on 3.6 since I heard that 4.0 and 5.0 would consume much more ram then the previous versions... | |
