Basically, as far as the healing factor goes, there are a few main aspects to keep in mind.
1: The body stops aging once it reaches its prime (the point where any further aging would have some degenerative effect). For humans, this typically kicks in at around 26-28 Earth years of age. For giants hybrids (who age slower), they stop aging at around 50 Earth years of age. This makes everyone on Felarya, essentially, immortal. At least as far as dying of age is concerned. There are plenty of other ways to die though.
2: The body's natural healing processes are sped up. For example, a seriously broken bone would heal in a matter of weeks instead of months. The healing is by no means instant, just accelerated. Medicine and the treatment of injuries is still going to be important. If you don't set a broken bone, or stitch up serious cuts, they will not heal properly. Serious injuries are still very lethal, so don't think someone can heal off being impaled or shot.
3: For the most part, there are no illnesses on Felarya. There are bacteria and viruses here and there, usually brought in from offworld, but since the healing factor boosts a body's healing functions, the immune system reacts to and strikes at any infection with enhanced speed and strength before it multiplies enough for symtoms to present themselves. There are a couple exceptions though.
- Poisons and venoms are still plenty dangerous, especially fact-acting ones such as neurotoxins. The body's enhanced healing processes will cleanse the body of poison and venom quicker than on Earth, but a fast-acting agent can still kill you quicker than your body can react. Many types of Felaryan plants and animals have venoms or poisons of some kind.
- Curses, being magical in nature, are generally powerful enough to overpower an immune system (or skip around it entirely because of the magical nature of it). Curses can cause a variety of effects, from death to sickness, to, well dozens of other things.
- Parasites can still affect you, causing large amounts of discomfort and even death if serious enough and/or left untreated.
There are other debates still ongoing, like if autoimmune diseases or cancer work on Felarya, but honestly, those are more discussion topics and not something that will affect the average writer or artist. The above points are generally what you'll need to know to get by for a while. Just remember that medicine, be it modern, natural, technological or magical is still important. Felaryans may heal faster, but they are not all Wolverine. It isn't instant and injuries will still need proper treatment.
