Given a choice would you go to Felarya or continue your life

Hey, I've been brousing around for ideas and came up with this one!

If you had a portal open before you on a normal day and Notys gave you the choice to go through to Felarya (spawn at any location) or continue your life as normal on Earth. The catch is that once in Felarya, you can't get back to Earth, so you'd be trapped in Felarya forever. (Although technically you could get back to Earth after a very, very long time by using the dimensional gates and dimensional magic, but it would take extreme skill).

So what would you do if offered the choice? If you choose Felarya, where would you go and what would you do? If you wouldn't go explain why.

Obviously not! Negavian porn would take too long to get used to. Also, I like it here, and I've got plans for the future that don't involve being in danger.

pffft i'd live out my life here, Do you know how well equipped i'd have to be to even survive? I mean sure i can get used to it, but the survival rate is too low if i'm trying to settle for myself. So i'd pass on this but visit occasionally for the wealth of magical and technological knowledge.

I'd go through if I got to pick a spawn point, but not if it's random. What if I land in a volcano? Let alone the desert of death, the swamp of death, and the jungle of death...
Much better to spawn right next to the Dimensional Gate back home ^^

I suppose if I were really old or terminally ill I'd go through anyway. Sort of a bucket list thing.

Unless I was running from evil dictators and got to pick the spawn spot.

You are wrong. Vivian is the most powerful End Boss in all of Felarya. ;P She makes Notys look like a over sized Flan by comparison.

Now on to my opinion. Uh I'd defiently do it if I could make one magical change to myself: to be a giant predator with big boobs to honk and squeeze. ;P Otherwise? Forget about! Felarya is way too dangerous in sublte ways. For example if you make to Negav, and that's unlikely, you could still be killed by regular humans/demi-humans, cursed, enchanted and even worse things. Heck sometimes what seems liek a good situation could become a bad one! Say you were seduced by a Neko gal, she gets pregnant and bamo! She spits out four nekolings whom you have to play child support for! XD Didn't see that one coming did ya?

You know, if I ended up in a place where I'll be whipped up into a powerful sorcerer, or learned alchemy then I would be willing. I think that this sums up everything people said so far: Felarya is lethal to the unprepared, but a sweet and cozy place if you are--until you die and end up eaten, no matter if you were good or bad.

For shame, sir. What are predators to you? Eye-candy? Well, I bet that there have been stories about this scenario.

If I had the choice, I would, and I would decide to "spawn" right inside Dalias' restaurant, the eat & defeat in Negav. And I'd ask her to be an employee as bartender / service or as a smith. Since i worked as that in the past, it wouldnt be too much of a change and since I know for a fact Dalia only has 1 person working there but is running 2 businesses (restaurant and enchantment smithery), I happen to know I would get a job there. Especcially since I know what she likes. But id like to live with Inu, kitsune and other favourite species of mine~

I'll continue living my life, thank you very much. There are a million places I'd rather be and Felarya doesn't even rank at all.

What do you mean? Sure she has her illusions, but Notys is the most powerful guardian. I think she outranks all other creatures there as she is basically the ruler of Felarya.

Well I'm glad i'm not the only one! Sure it's dangerous, but much more fun than Earth. Sure Earth is ok, but I'd love to live in a place of monsters, magic, and general adventure! (Unless Felarya and Earth overlapped, then Humans don't stand a chance besides an all you can eat buffet!) Besides, in terms of death it would be much nice being eaten than dieing here (mostly). Well, except those insectoids that tear their prey up, but they are rare.

So for the rest of you, why does the idea of going to Felarya scare you? I'm very curious.

I'd be scared at the sudden immense change, and also not being able to play my videogames anymore. Also, I'd miss my mom. And no it wouldn't be better if she came to Felarya with me. >_< I don't want her to know about that!!

So do I really, and there are no effective ties keeping me here on Earth, but I do not like my chances when ending up in a random place in Felarya and star in someone's Vore artwork as nameless canon fodder.

On the other hand, if I could get in my version of Kortiki, then I would be very happy. It's the town in the middle of Fairy Kingdom where prey and fairies live in harmony, with the catch that I would have everyone learning from each other, instead of it being a Wild Life Reserve, or a Zoo. Picture humans boosting fairies with Faerie Fire, and Tinies hopping from tree to tree with bursts of magic. ^^

What do you mean? I never pictured Kortiki Town as either of those things! O.o It was my understanding that it was just a place where fairies lived together with some choice other species, everyone being treated equally and such?

For me, no way. I have too many things keeping here and frankly I care too much about the people, like my family, I would leave behind.

If I knew my OCs existed, and would be friendly toward me, the. I might be tempted to live in the fantasy world with giant women, but not otherwise.

I don't have a whole lot keeping me here besides my computer and in some parts my family. I wouldn't be opposed. If I portal opened up I may go through to be honest. I feel like I could accomplish more there than here right now.
