E3 2015

So yeah this is just to show highlights of what you especially are liking or have been invested in spectating heavily.

Due to lack of time, interest, and loss of faith in what remains of the shattered video game industry; I'm not watching it.

With the exception of if anything Half Life 3 happens.

(Hate to be that guy, but honestly... I've seen the stuff and I'm like Meh at best)

I don't know why you would dragon considering all the links above. This has been the more satisfied E3 i've been with in awhile.

No disrespect intended. But unfortunately DLC has ruined gameing for me. Gone are the days where you actually had skill to get good at games and unlock stuff (Ex: Killing 50 enemies with fists or beating a level on hard mode to unlock new characters and weapons or vehicles) and now instead, buy each new weapon for $1.99! (or more in most cases).

Also, all I have for consoles are a PC (not a gaming PC, just a average one which does what I need it to, and It runs steam and chrome) A Wii (Which kicks the Wii U's ass in my opinion beacuse the Wii U is a ripoff! Its basically a Wii, but you get a crap tablet controler for motion) and an old school Ds Lite (Which has a lose D pad).

Its not like I hate games, heck I love them, but mondern games just aren't cutting it for me. This is why we have games like FNAF 1 (Which is just pictures and Gifs) raking in all the money. ((Note: I don't play FNAF, but i respect the story and theories and follow them, as I think it is one of the best video games in terms of story and theories that keep you guessing since the 2010's or most 2000's for that matter. ))

For me, I think someone needs to serve some fat game CEO's some humble pie, and return to their arcade roots where gameplay actually maters! For example, the hate Fallout 4 got over not having the latest graphics. IF IT LOOKS DECENT, PLAY THE DAMN THING! There are literally people boycotting it beacuse of the graphics alone! Graphics don't make a game, gameplay and story do! Hell, If someone made HL3 with 18 bit graphics, id blay the hell out of it! Or if someone made a Felarya game with any graphics, id totally play it! For hours, days, months, at a time! (wouldn't we all?)

And of course, there is the scumbag of scumbags, EA! The almost (and should be) criminal DLC maker! They push out cheap and quickly made games, and make the rest expensive DLC! Want to play Need for Speed Unlimited? Have fun paying for virtual gas! Not to mention closing the Sims franchise!

So, that is why I have lost nearly all faith in video games, I feel that no one cares for the gameplay or story, they just want to buy the best weapons and cosmetics so they can run around saying "I'm the best" and then soundly get owned by a better player with no cosmetics. Or in pay-to-win games, everyone else leaves. I haven't bought a console game since 2010, and would only buy any more if said game went above and beyond my expectations or was from a franchise very close to my heart (For example, childhood games or games from my favorite animes). I think gamers should wake up and put gameplay and story first, instead of the graphics. For example, Minecraft and Terraria are huge, and the graphics look like something you would find in the 80's or early 90's. But yet, people still flock to it.

If gamer's don't evolve into putting gameplay and story first, then what is the point of games? Heck, I even saw a movement to skip combat in videogames, essentially making them movies. It's too bad people today can't tolerate levels they die on more than once! I can name a ton of levels that took me months to pass with hundreds of deaths before I passed it. But that only made my success even sweeter when i finished it! Those were good memories! Now for just $1.99 you can skip it!

This is my reason for not likeing E3. Sure it LOOKS good, but the final product never looks as good. And of course, people will complain about graphics! If i can survive just fine on Gmod graphics (Which uses a system from 2008) than I think more people can too!

Anyway, everyone is entitled to their opinon of videogames, but this is mine.

This is a cool concept for a nice little game, and the dude presenting it put his heart into it - you can see and hear it, as he's presenting it all. A small 14 man studio suddenly getting the stage at E3. He isn't a suit trying to advertise, this is a game (that again, seems sweet and neat in it's design) that comes from his genuine passion for gaming and design.

I don't think I've been this excited for a post apocalyptic game ever.

It's been a disappointment across most fronts. Not quite sure if these games will be good.

How are they dissapointing??? infact this E3 was the best one in years coming to games. What makes you say that Pendragon?

Ok, I did find a few games I like. karbo has shown me Last Guardian (On his DA profile that looks epic and cute) and Doom 4 looks BADASS! HOW THE HELL CAN YOU NOT LIKE DOOM? DOOM IS THE BEST! WHY AM I YELLING? oh yeah... DOOM!
