Negav's Self-Governance

I was thinking about it after watching this particular video, which is very informative, and raises some good question on how Negav as a society functions. Of course a lot of factors are kind of a given. The benefit to living in Negav is obviously meaning you're far less likely to be eaten in the immediate future, nonetheless, I think this is a good video.
