Looking toward's the angry naga she smiled.

"Sure. I'm probably not getting one of them so......Thank you"

She took the offered fruit.

"Actually I'm from the scorching claw's neko tribe."

Ryla continued her leisurely stroll through the jungle. Only the fairy's leg remained, and she was quickly munching it down into nothing. She licked blood from her fangs, casually singing a 90's showtune. Without thinking, she began skipping, crunching bone and snapping tendons as she continued to sing between bites.

She heard voices out of the corner of her asymmetrical ears, but ignored them for the time being. Maybe she could find dessert here later.

"Scorching claw's? Never heard of them. I'm not from around here, so I still don't know much about it." Ha'dara looked over at Kitty 'I wonder if the other one has the same temper?'

Masurao noticed the NBaga heading toward Trav as well. He threw a barrage of kunai, hoping to grab her attention. They merely bounced off of the Naga's skin. "Kuso!" He hissed. "Hey! Bitch! Over here!"

Daisy was watching from beside the Ha'dara and Kyril, watching her sister, shaking her head .

Kitty's ears twitched and she growled, heaving into the tree again, there was a thunderous crack and the tree split wide open, sednign huge splinters of wood everywhere. She whirled around, her narrow focus now homing in on the person whohad called her a rude name and thrown something pointed at her. She glared at the ninja, holding a peice of splintered wood in her hands. She reared back and threw the mammoth peice of wood, which was about the size of a truck. It spun through the forest, snapping branches like they were not there. The large peice missed him by a foot and embedded itself into the wood halfway, causing the whole tree to shake . She was about to charge when she looked up " For the love of the gods, shut the hell up ." came a voice from the trees above. A second later, the huge face of a female appeared through the leaves. Her eyes were violet and her hair was bright red, she glared at all of them, causing Kitty to pause and look up. The female looked at them with a impassive expression, but seemed to be daring them to make another sound, then dissapeared back into the leaves as if she had never been there at all .

Ha'dara was confused 'What was with the face?'

Knowing better, Masurao quietly appeared nextt o Trav, took hold oh him, and dissapeared. In actuality, Masurao was going at speeeds too high for the human eye to pick up, so it appeared asif he was teleporting. Masurao reappeared next to Zakun'Dais, and set Trav down.

"Who was that?", Zakun asked no one in particular. "I could feel the shadows about her..." Zakun looked down at Trav. "Oh. Hey, man. Good to see your still with us, for a second I thought you might've gone the way of that tree and split!" Zakun chuckled for a moment. "Heh. Yeah I'm sorry I know. Bad joke.", he admitted smiling.

“I? Mean? Faith! She be plannin’ on eatin’ me fer tea and she ‘as the audacity to call me mean? But ne’er mind that. This be twice yeh ‘ave brought me from danger. Thank yeh.” Trav groused as he stood up and dusted himself off.

“At least sense ‘as returned to me legs now. Anyway, yon voice and face belonged to one o’ the succubus or demon ladies, if I be not mistaken. They be dangerous folk, who can cloak themselves in shadow. It be quite difficult to see one when they desire to remain concealed. We’d do well to leave this place. I shan’t laugh this time,” Trav added in a graver tone. Indeed, he seemed very serious, and said the last statement with a note of embarrassment.

Masurao nodded in agreeement. "The sooner we get out of here, the better."

A look of surprise crossed Zakun's face. "A demon you say? So she is a kinswoman! I thought there was an air of familiarity about her.", he said happily. He stared up into the branches above for a few moments before saying, "You two can leave if you want, but I gotta' go meet this girl." With that he leapt up into the branches looking for the succubus.

This charming moment was shattered with a loud shriek. With a flutter of wings, an enormous bird darted into view. Clutched in its talons was what appeared to be a similarly enormous human leg.

"Get your ass back here!" roared a loud, inhuman voice. The ground shook and small trees began flying as something big made its way after the bird, right for the group.

Kyrii watched with interest at the event's tranpiring. ready to grab any human she could

Masurao froze when he heard the loud roar. "Trav, we need to leave. If wwe don't, we may BOTh become a meal."

Ha'dara just stayed right where he was, having trouble keeping up "I don't know if I'll ever really get used to Felarya.". Looking from the sky over to where the roar came from "It's nothing like my home."

Kyrii spoke over her shoulder to him.

"Well take it from a native......your size is a big plus here!"

Her eye's looking hungrily for the human's

A small tree was went flying from the foliage as a hulking figure ripped out of the green, shoving aside saplings and uprooting ferns. A massive, hideously deformed creature jumped out, eyes on the bird. It stormed right past Ha'dara, eyes on the bird. With another roar, it parted its jaws, some sort of fluid pouring down. Droplets of drool turned to embers as its throat lit up with an orange glow, a moment before a searing ball of flames shot forth, tearing through the air, narrowly passing the enormous bird and exploding against a tree trunk.
Without another word, it spat another fireball at the avian offender.

Trav turned briefly to stare at the massive grotesque beast who had spewed a fireball at a huge bird. “Faith…This be unnatural, even fer the whisperin’ woods. Aye, it be past time to quit this place,” Trav murmured. He ran for the nearest tree and quickly scaled up it’s trunk. Coming to the branches, he began rapidly dashing along them, deftly jumping from branch to branch and occasionally swinging across gaps by long vines. As quickly as he could, he put as much space as possible between the knot of predators and the fire spitting monster.

Kyrii..........the humans almost forgotten was watching the creature in awe. Her eye's followed the fireball s t fley a the arial creature, then another.

"Last one out is Pred chow!" Masurao yelled as hr rocketed past Trav.

Ha'dara watched the creature "What is that?"

Kyrii responded in amazed bewilderment.

"I don't know. But I have a way o find out."

She took a step forward.

"Excuse me, Who are you?"

Zakun continued looking for the mystery woman. "I know she's here.", he thought, "I can sense her, but she hides herself well..."

"Hello?", he said aloud, "C'mon I know your here. I'm not here to fight or anything, I just wanted to meet you. It seems like ages since I've spoken to one of my kin."

Although he was only half demon, Zakun'Dais felt a strong kinship with not only demons for his species, but with all demons good or bad.

Ha'dara sighed "Humans fearing Naga's, Naga's that don't glow, a big Neko & now this. Is there anything normal here?"

Masurao and Trav finally got out of the Forest of Whispers, and Masurao leaned against a tree branch to cath his breath. "That was exciting eh?"
