So, you just played/watched a video game/movie, and while you thought the characters and plot were awesome, that one song from that boss battle/climax is still in your head! You go and look up the soundtrack for that video game/movie and are justed wow'ed by the sheer awesomeness!

So, you guys have any favorite sountracks?

One of my favorites is for the very underrated Final Fantasy 9.
This song in paticular is just epic in my opinion, You're Not Alone. That specific one is a remix I think.
If you've played the game, you understand that even though Zidane is the charming/witty protangonist you'd expect from someone with a monkey tail (guess who wrote the story for FF9), even in Disc 1 he's actually just making up for his own feelings of isolation, since he thinks he's 'all alone'. The song pretty much sums Zidane Tribal up, and that's why it's one of my favorite songs on FF9's soundtrack.
It sounds crappy on piano though o_0.

And then... IRON MAN!
It needs no words to it's awesomeness. <3

Games: Deus Ex and Brave Fencer Musashiden both had very good soundtracks.

Movies: Almost any sound track featuring Immediate Music / X-Ray Dog stuff.

CD's in General: Rhapsody of Fire / Luca Turilli.

I have to admit, that I'm an oldbie when it comes to video games... so I kinda gravitate towards the Sonic 2 and S3&K Soundtracks, however I like the Halo 3, Crisis Core- Final Fantasy 7, Ace Combat 5, and Ace Combat 6, and Fable 2 Soundtracks

Im thinking Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland, and perhaps Guitar Hero II or Rock Band.
