no it's not...it's better if it's unknown. Giving it an exact rate would make it uninterresting.

A simple scratch can take a few seconds maybe as a broken legs or arm can take many weeks or months.

To conclude it doesn't exist a precise rate but just an estimation which will vary among the characters. In clear there is no standard of healing.

I agree to the closing, but I'd like to do a quick addition to what Gwada said.

Healing is never at all precise, even in the normal world. Not just between different people, either. There are a gazillion facotrs involved, as biology is extremely complicated.
