| I was torn about whether to put this here or in the stories discussion forum, but given the inherent silliness, I figured here was better. In short, this website will analyze your writing, and tell you what famous author it most resembles. Personally, I'm rather dubious about the accuracy of this thing, but we have a lot of writers on this forum, and it's neat, so give it a try! I thew several of my stories in together, and apparently I write like H.P. Lovecraft. Go figure. | |

This is ironic because I'm not that great.

| God, I got like a dozen people. Stephenie Meyer and Anne Rice amongst them.
Should I make a series about vampires too?

| After trying a variety of stories (and some journal posts) ya...I'm also in the boat of a lot of different authors. I think the thing is just trying to mess with us! | |

| Rudyard Kipling for RaADS 1 and Olive 1. Not a Literature major, so I'm not up to date on who's who. (Edit: I looked him up. So, these are two of the, like, five stories that don't take place in the Felaryan jungle, and I get the guy who wrote Jungle Book)
And I got Mark Twain for Stark 1. Somehow not surprised....

And for my Felary related story(not yet posted here) I write like Margaret Atwood...
Uhm can some one please tell me what exactly are some of her books like? I never heard of her until now...

| Yeah, when I put my stories in separately, I mostly got different results (thus contributing to my dubiousness about this program) so I decided to just throw em all in together for a more 'accurate' (haha!) average. Also, no one else got Lovecraft? I feel kinda special. | |

Also, no one else got Lovecraft? I feel kinda special. You make regular use of the words "rugose" and "squamous", don't you?

| I've been told I write in a style that's kind of like Chuck Palahniuk, the guy who wrote Fight Club- which I have mixed feelings about, because I write soft sci-fi and high fantasy, a far cry from what Palahniuk writes. | |
