Stumbling past bushes a young red haired emerged, her brown eskimo boots leaving little imprint on the ground below. The woman looked around, her hair tied back in a ponytail, her green eyes looking over the surroundings "well I certainly don't rember this on the trail I can't believe I wondered off like that, so stupid!" The human girl mutters to herself, wincing slightly she looked down at her clothes, she sighed, she wore a pair of tight blue shorts and a white belly shirt "I'm an explorer and explorers aren't supposed to get lost." The girl shook her head "come on girl think!, what did the sarge teach you, if ever you get lost look for the moss that grows on the north side of the tree, cause camp is in the north" The girl smiled, her pink lips pursed togethor, apparently she looked pleased by this "so come on Anya, time's a wasting" the girl Anya moved over to one of the many, large trees "I don't recognise any of these trees." Anya bit her bottom lip slightly, pressing her hand against the bark of the tree, her ears twitching ever so slightly she looked around, her eyes examining the trees around her "just my imagination, sarge always says theirs no such thing as monsters."

"Hmmm... worthless map! Well Ryan this is what you get for trading with a fairy! I can't believe I traded my magic watch for this lousy thing to get me on track" The small 2 and a half inch teenager said to himself. He didn't watch where he was going because he was having a hard time trying to figure out where he was on the map then he stopped for a few seconds. "I might just throw this map away, it appears to be no use to me..." He sighed, he was about to roll it up into a ball and throw it but he seen someone walk towards him but the person didn't realise that he was on the floor below her. "Ah!" He ducked thinking he was going to get stood on and crushed.

Anya had not heard the boys speech, nor had she noticed his movements she had sensed his presence, or rather the presence of someone realy small close to her, she kept her hand on the tree bark. Anya stopped her movements, listening, she turned her head slowly looking around, just intime to see a small boy move out of sight, she shook her head slightly "come on Anya think clearly, there's no such thing as tiny men." Anya says shaking her head "no it's not right, ok girl you've been on your own for sometim, your lost in the woods and you have to stay focused." Ryan would no doubt be able to overhear her speaking, though it was clear she did not believe he was realy "this realy can't be happening" she bit her bottom lip slightly., casting her eyes around the surroundings once more "jumping at shadows thats what it's called."

"... Huh? Am... I dead?" Ryan thought out loud. "It-it appears not... phew!" He sighed in relief. He then turned his attention to the woman who stopped just in time, he looked up trying to see her face. "Hey! T-thank you! For stopping!" He tried to see if she could hear him.

The human girl looked around, confused hearing a tiny voice nearby, she shook her head, but it still continued. Then out of the corner of her eye Anya spotted him, she blinked slightly and almost did a double take "wow too wierd." Anya mutters under her breathe, shaking her head, she kneels down to look at the boy, bringing her hand around slowly, poking the boy in the stomach, swallowing slightly "ok so your real." Anya shook her head "or maybe I'm just imagining you are, cause to be honest theres no such thing as shrunken people, especially in myrewood forest" it was clear to anyone listening Anya was not a native and she had no idea where she was.

"Hey! No poking! Please! I have been poked... or tortured enough by a fairy..." He stopped speaking. "I WAS at full human height but that fairy was... just so mean!" A tear almost filled his eye, "I was also with someone else... but..." He stopped speaking entirely remembering the events he had witnessed just before.

Anya shook her head slightly, she swallowed slowly, she looked around, then shook her head "no wait hang on time out, there's no such thing as fairies, so you can't be small." Anya pursed her lips in thought, prodding the boy once more "well I must have eaten something that didn't agree with me, now just poof back into non existance will you" she says, but made no move to straighten up.

"Can you please stop that!? There IS such things as fairies and one of those FARIES has my Sister!" He said with a tear filled face but also he looked quite angry too. "S-so! I'll just be on my way! I have a score to settle with this fairy!" He walked off but he had no idea where to go so he stopped. "Why me..."

"Now wait just a yarn picking minute there mister" Anya says, frowning slightly, the teenage reaches over, using her finger nd thumb plucks the boy rom the ground and brings him closer to her. Anya shook her head slightly "this is gonna be one crazy story to tell back at camp" she pursed her lps "ok so why has this 'fairy' taken your sister." Anya rolls her eyes slightly, letting a sigh escape her lips "and erm where would she be now?"

"Well it appears your new to this world... or just haven't explored in the wild much but... for one fairies are EVIL! They appear innocent and in many tales you might have heared that they are all nice and cheerfull but they are all a bunch of rubbish! Fairies mainly prey on humans and... to try and keep this story short fairies have shrinking and growing magic and unfortunately me and my sister were snached and caught and brought into this cave on a small hill. We... I was kept as a slave and as long as I was no harm would come to my sister, but one day she saw my watch which I got of a merchant and it was... sort of like a lucky charm and the fairy made a deal, my watch for mine and my sister's freedom and also a map... she... she... then grabbed me in one hand and then she pretended to pick up my sister in the other hand and I was brought here by that damn thing!... So... yeah the fairy still has my sister and who the heck knows what that fairy is doing to her!" He closed his eyes, being picked up made him nervous.

"Pfft of course I knew that! airies eat humans how dim witted do you think I am." Anya wasn't trying to be patronising it just so happened that her tone of voice make come across that way "perhaps this evil fairy has eaten your sister if she's so evil." Anya smiles weakly straigtening herself up, looking around, she frowned slightly "hey I see smoke, maybe we should head that way then." Anya smiles weakly letting out a sall sigh of relief, taking a few steps towards the smoke "of course if you don't wish to go that way incase, this 'evil faiy' is there?"

"You arn't taking me serious are you!" He growled. "Fine, lets go over that way to see if that "evil fairy" is there!" He tried to mimic the way she said "evil fairy". He then remembered what she said about his sister being eaten and then it enraged him. "Do you know what it is like inside a mouth? I do! I was teased inside one!..." He stopped shouting, he could remember being inside that fairies' mouth vivdly. "eww..." He shrugged. "You best had believe me because if we do end up encountering a fairy you would of wished that you would have believed me!" He shouted again.

"Well it does all sound a bit farfetched, fairies eating people" Anya shook her head slightly, pursing her lips in thought, holding the boy in the palm of her hand as she moved towards the smoke. Anya sighed "look I'm sorry about what I said, I guess now I'm just a little confused about whats going on I mean half an hour ago I was with my patrol." Anya sighed moving along quicker now, then she burst through the bushes holding ryan in her hand, beyond was a campsite, but it was empty the fire had burnt out and there was signs of some combat and webbing between a couple of the tents.

"Woah... what do you think happened here?" He looked around and he had seen the webbing. "Ach! A web! Umm I'd prefere if we go back, I mean not that I'm scared of spiders or anything..." He continued to look around but the place looked like a big mess. "Wait... you did say you was on patrol soo... was this your campsite?" He asked, he thought if he was helpfull then maybe she would be helpfull to him to try and get his sister back.

Anya looked around circling the tents she pursed her lips in thought, before moving forward to look into the tent "no this wasn't my campsite." Anya moved into the tent, it was strangly warm within and it felt, different to what she was used to, she noticed some bags had been abandoned nearby. The teenager moved over looking into the bags "wonder if there's anything usefull in here" she mutered under her breathe, letting out a small relaxed sigh.

Ryan looked in the bag also. "Well, lets hope so..." Suddenly he felt something behind him, he checked but it was nothing. He felt like he was being watched but no one was here, just the two of them, he carefully got to the ground and walked out the tent to explore the area of the camp but found nothing but webs and other bags. "I know something is here... or someone... I just have this feeling..." He said to himself as explored the, to him, the enormous campsite.

Anya sighed shufling through one of the bag all tere was was clothing, she sighed unzipping another, she began to search that one as well. Anya blinked slightly looking behind her at the tent door it felt almt as though she was being watched "hey little guy don'toder off" she calls out to Ryan. Anya pressed her bare legs togethor the solesof her feet somwhat dirty she sighed as the second bag seemed to yield nothing.

"Heh, I think i'm smart enough to not do that!" He called back. He sat down looking up towards the sky thinking. For that fairies' sake my sister best be ok... He clenched his fists while digging them into the ground. "I'm coming... hang on..." He said to himself. "Hey! Did you find anything!?" Ryan called over once more.

Anya shook her head slightly, looking over at the small person she pursed her lips in thought "erm no no look just yet." Anya giggled slightly shifting about "we should be safe here for a bit, I think" she mutters looking around before moving over to the third bag and beggining to search through that, she hummed slightly pulling a small dagger from the bag and attaching it to her waist, "you ready to move on?"

He ran up to Anya. "Yep! Lets go! These webs are creeping me out..." He shivered.

Anya smiled plucking the boy up from the ground below, she moved him so that he would be sat down on the palm of her hand, she hummed softly to herself. Anya smiled moving out of the tent and straightening herself up, she hummed slightly looking around, before she set of walking into the jungle.

"Oh, i'm not going to get used to being picked up like this... anyway where to now?" He asked.

Anya pursed her lips, moving forward through the jungle, she paused looking around slightly, she scaned her surroundings as though she was looking for something. Anya shook her head, moving along once mor "dunno realy where do you think we should be heading?"

"Well I don't know this jungle like the back of my head but... i'd say we look for a path or something... it could lead us to somewhere... or we could just keep going and hope for the best we find something else." He ansered as he turned his head around to look at the area.

Anya pursed her lips in thought, tapping her foot against the floor slightly "ok, then a path it is." Anya sighed, whistling a small, relaxed tune to herself she sighed moving slowly through the forest glancing around at her surroundings keeping her guard up all the while.
