Humans getting lewd with other human-sized species

Now we all know that humans will probably have sex with anything their size and even bigger than them. What Im thinking is that we give the human race the ability to mate with other species, so they can make fertile offspring. No, I'm not talking about half-breeds. I'm talking about human/neko couple can have nekos and humans respectively. The same goes with human/naga, human/dridder, human/inus, human/harpy couples and any other human-sized species out there.

Uhh, I'm fairly certain the general consensus amongst like-minded folks here is that aside from the obvious anomaly of harpies, who breed with other races to produce other harpies due to them being only female, the really only possible breeding possibilities is between humans, elves, and fairies, which produces cross-breed offspring.

Suddenly everything is harpies.

Pretty much. Most other species are generally considered too different to mate with.

Indeed. You already can't catch STD's in Felarya, so once you take potential pregnancy out of the equation, there's literally almost no downside to getting intimate with a demi-human.

No, I meant nekos/humans and inus/humans.

well, i think its been said that a neko cant have a child from a human.

Although, it is still possible for them to have make some good sandwiches with a lot of mayonnaise.

I would like to direct attention to resident person by name of Globfish, who made de contest-winning story that is "I, Ingara" which contained a boy whose mother and father were neko and human respectively. Now it isn't canon, but it does give possibility of how children between de two species might look considering de boys traits were... lopsided.

I believe Aisu was referring to the canon's stance on this. Which is that humans can only interbreed with Elves and Fairies (and Harpies, but who can't?). Nekos, Inu, Nagas and so on are too different to have children with.

As for non-canon, well...in non-canon Felarya just about anything goes and there's not much anyone can do to stop it.

So a neko and a human can't interbreed?

I probably shouldn't mention this but Fenja and Grips even though they totally can not mate, she does not mind him in the slightest. That right there, is proof there can be human/human-sized species couples.

Uhh... way to go? I think several of us mentioned that it's fine for humans and demi-humans to be lovers, just most of the time, offspring will be out of the question.

You probably shouldn't mention that as proof there can be human/human-sized species couples, obviously, because Fenja's a lot bigger than Grip. And you know only midgets have taller girlfriends. Because midgets are silly like that. Real men are intimidated by taller women and never give them the chance to reproduce. That's why we don't have giants in Earth.

On a sidenote, I'm sure you could marry your pet rock if you found the right priest and the right set of laws... Felarya's a free land.

I wanted say that Fenja is a lot bigger than Grips, but she likes? him in special sort of way. If that relationship is possible, than so can relationships between human-sized species.

But anyways, we mentioned what is "biologically" possible and what is not, the rest totally depends of the characters themself.
Two "different species" can perfectly go together if they really like each other, but just take in mind what can happen between them and what not.
