| This species sounds interesting.
I imagine the "hornet girls" would have very noticable "wasp waists", while the bee girls would be slightly thicker around the midsection and...furry? bees do have fur.
also, here's a funfact: a wasp's stinger is actually its ovipositor; only the females have them. Just let that stew in your minds for awhile.

Yep you are right about that ^^ I wasn't sure how to word it but you've done so nicely nand yep again the bee girls would be abit more thick around the waist and yes they would be furry ^^

It's too bad you can't explore Felarya in that new Mario game. So much potential there. I would like that bee powerup, though. I could blend in with the bee girls. (unless they notice males)

| I'm sorry, can someone please explain to me how Mario became a part of this discussion? I've got nothing against him, I just don't understand the joke. | |

In Super Mario Galaxy, Mario can don a bee outfit and blend in with them. It's a high poit in the game. It would be an interesting plot for a Felaryan- Mario crossover. *hints toward other writers*

| a hive of these 30-40 foot tall people would be massive, seems a little extreme.

You may recall that someone said they'd be smaller than other species.

You may recall that someone said they'd be smaller than other species. Better yet, it would need much less space than a human-city of similar size. Still, it would be a pretty large nest. Probably no bigger then an Aircraft carrier or three, though.

| I honestly think that they would have to be really dull in order to not notice Mario in their midst. | |

| Why is that picture oddly disturbing?
Seriously, over the years he went from plumbing to being a bee. WTF?
It's like he pulled an Anna (really big change that was very random)

| Clearly Mario isn't the only one consuming shrooms at Nintendo. @_@
Actually, that gives me an idea.
What if Crisis ate a super shroom?

| Lol Gregole and Mooney : Well I have finished Miaxi. I have changed a bit the draft you sent me ( removed the probosci for example ) so tell me if you are ok with it Also I was thinking about how they could have different level of stinging : a regular one : painful for the ennemy but non lethal for the miaxa, and another : really dangerous and with the miaxa dying shortly after. | |

Well, a bee's stinger is barbed meaning that if the bee stings, it's stinger is lodged into the skin of whatever is stung, being torn out of the abdomen which results in the bee's death. For the miaxa, you could make the stinger to be mostly smooth, only being barbed near the abdomen. So only a sting at full force would cause the stinger to come off along with the venom gland.

What if Crisis ate a super shroom? Crisis: Woooow...Lookit the pretty colors...Ohhh Lea...you're tiny...It's like you're a human or something...what-I-wha-how-how are you doing that? Oh, everything here is fantaaastic...{Anna enters the room, finds Crisis rolling around on the floor and giggling} Hey Aaaannaaaa! Wooow...Were you always that tall? Anna: {Turns and leaves the room} I don't wanna know, I don't wanna know, I don't wanna know...
