- Last night I just had this sudden urge to go into Photoshop again; I had all these cool ideas running through my head that I had to put into a picture '-'. It's something new, something I don't put myself to work at too often.
My goal here is to create a decent piece for a desktop, but I can only use the primary colors (yellow, blue, red), black, and white to color my layers. I can fiddle with opacity and blending options (so in a way, I can create green, orange, and violet). An abstract approach, all done from scratch, and all done in Photoshop.
Here's where I was a little while ago:
I had just created a little box with some line designs on the top to create some depth, but then I realized that by merging and warping my "Six Line," I would be unable to color the parts of it separately, and it would be difficult to create something I was planning for later. So I had to go back, color it, and finish that "something" I was planning for, and now I'm here (the box and warped Six Line are hidden, not deleted) :
Oh, and the box-outline and the geometric shapes are going to disappear. I'm just keeping them there as markers. Aug 3rd, 2008, 8:35PM-- - Quote :
- Update, Six Line rewarped, box colored, canvas BG in progress:

- But jeez, this is getting a bit complex. Look at all the lines/squares/shades I'm using to guide me '-'

- I think I'm done... Might make a few minor adjustments, though. I'll update with a full-size pic tomorrow because I'm really tired.

| I like it very much!!! Very unique. I can look at it see many different things, but if I come back the next day I see something completely different! Great job! | |
