Besides, everyone knows Toho's lawyers are born, raised and educated in the deepest circles of Hell. =P I was only referring to your "Toho-esque icons" suggestion, and that if Karbo would go with it, he would have to something to make it different enough so Toho's hell-spawned/raised/educated lawyers don't get him, sue him for all he's got, and possibly take Felarya for keeps. I don't blame Toho for the case against Subway and Comcast (wheras they clearly infringed on the character), but I wouldn't want Karbo to walk into the same mess as they did, as much as I would like to see the chance for a Felarya/Godzilla crossover. I saved the "versus thing" for the thread most suited for it. I was just referring to the legal stuff. Sorry about the length of this reply, and if it sounded pessimistic.  | |
