The Felaryan Campers Association, based in Negav, is a friendly company which rents cheap camping gear and provides useful survival tips for prospective campers heading out into the jungle.
They provide brochures, leaflets and books on Felarya's many touristy sights, and containing knowledge essential to survival. Titles include the helpful
Ten Things to Do in Ur-Sagol Before You Die. They also provide maps. Books may be purchased, on rented for a low charge.
In addition, the Company provides an array of camping gear. You may either purchase it outright, or rent it for a very low price. Renting, however, requires that you deposit a very large security bond. In the event of your failing to return the rented gear by a set date (on account, in most cases, of your having been digested), the Company keeps the deposit.
It's a win-win: You get to rent cheap gear; the Company gets to keep your money when you die; and predators get to enjoy a steady supply of campers lured out by the Company's advertisements and favourable terms.
FCA tents are available in a wide variety of colours: From camouflage design, to bright reds, oranges and yellows.
If you're environmentally-minded, the Company can even provide you with a biodegradable tent. After you get eaten, the abandoned tent will degrade naturally without harming the environment.
The Company is said to be looking into the prospect of edible tents (even more eco-friendly!), but is uncertain how to market them among campers.
