This was just a personal favorite.

Dagoth Ur. Villain, Insane, etc. Still one of my favorite bosses of all time.

Minsc. If Dagoth Ur is my favorite Villain, Minsc is my favorite hero. A berzerker with a (Miniature Giant) space Hamster and a space-case.
