Wait, aren't those posts instances of me quoting someone? And where wold be a good starting pooint for me to start reading all of the posts? It wouldn't be sensible for me to read all of the posts on a page and then have to read it again since someone just posted a reply. ... And then you go and double post right away? You can quote multiple people in a single post, if you have to. In order to do so, make your first quote as normal, and post it. Then quote the second post you wish to, but instead of posting it, select the finished text and, while holding down Ctrl, press C to copy. Then return to the thread, and instead of posting, choose to edit your last post. Place the text cursor at the end of your post, and holding down Ctrl, press V to paste. You should now have two text quotes in the same post. The edit button is always handy if you need to add something last-minute to a post. And don't worry if someone posts before you do, it's not a competition. We usually start reading from our last post, to see what everyone else responded. For now, it's time to sanitize that morass of multi posts.

| I have edited your answers to put them in a single post and avoid the double-post you just did, ChristianBethel. Please learn to edit your posts, it's a simple and useful button. Consider this a last opportunity from a moderator that doesn't know when to stop giving opportunities ¬¬
Those two posts are of you quoting someone, yes. But it doesn't take much effort to copy all the quotes into a single post; it is polite, and it eases reading. When people end reading a post, they naturally assume that the next is an answer from another person, and they are right in doing so. The cases in which double-posts are excused are normally when someone wants to add something new to a discussion and people haven't posted anything in a week or something like that. Then you can double-post to attract attention towards the thread again, since there is a new post.
As for reading posts... you really don't know? It would seem that this is the first forum you have participated in... Anyway. What I meant was for you to read the new posts since your last visit. You should remember what was the last post you read in a thread last time you looked, right? Besides, new posts like those are indicated by a yellow mark, though it is kinda hard to see, so I don't blame that one on you.
As for people posting while you read, you normally don't have to worry about that, this forum is a bit slow in that aspect. However, if they DO post while you're reading and you don't see them, you should instantly notice after you post, and then, you can edit your post and add the answer if necessary or erase whatever the previous post had explained for you.
Edit: Oh! Talking of the devil, Stabs posted something just as I was writing my post. No problem at all, I can just edit my post and change anything I need.
I'll give you an example of multiple quotes, just to show you that you can actually copy and paste the quotes to put them in a single post: - ChristianBethel wrote:

Seriously...? "Felauthors?" Yeah, what's wrong? - Ilceren wrote:
- ChristianBethel, look at the previous page. See your last two posts?
I see them, what about them? - ChristianBethel wrote:

Wait, wait, wait... Are you implying that...?

| I'm baaaaack.....
The world of Felarya is quite clear to me now. It is a world where giant predators are dominant, and smaller humanoid creatures are subject to their deadly appetites. I find this horrifying, to say the least, but I say this not without consequence: there are those predators who feast not on humanoids, but on lesser creatures. I suppose that humanity has gained a reprieve with this. They then collaborate and cohabitate with other humanoid creatures to build communities and means of defense for themselves - the Isolon Eye, for example. And then comes the matter of the good and kind predators, such as Crisis. To me, this is quite a conundrum: wouldn't this softhearted predator want to share that kindness with other sentient beings, dietary preconceptions nonwithstanding? Alas, Felarya is a haven for the harsh reality that humans are to be eaten, along with anything that is of their size or smaller...
Nonetheless! As I mentioned before, here are those that do not consume humanoids as a part of their diet. These beings are tantamount to being heaven-sent, as some act as guardians against the harrowing perils of this cruel world. Some humans, like the Miratans, have been able to mount up some defenses against these dangers using their vast array of sophisticated technology. Others use the wonders of magic. But when in the presence of these peaceful creatures, there is nothing to fear. Lest you commit a grievance against them (one of these creatures detests smoking) there is no pain of loss or death.
On this journey of enlightenment and discovery, I have discovered a number of these beings. The ones known to me are displayed here, while the rest will be listed in the future.
-A LIST OF REGULAR NON MAN-EATERS- Terra Rin Kiki? Aya Anna Cypress Endymion Fiona Jade Kai Leppy Markie Rachel Felecia Alvar King Trazix Monty Arale Nikita Nix Temi Terra Xarmaroch Kahla? Heidi Ashel Shelny Shaan Canni Happy Clare Kay Dizeree Bethony Aleron Fill Jorry Anthony Feria Antophi Cameron Tonya Negeyari Scala Feinee? Maasma Noxcia Nerissa Serimela
I beseech you to notify me of any corrections that must be made to this list.

| well, I have Benjamin, but the only reason why he's nice to humans is because he hates their taste, nekos aren't that appetizing to him either.

| I wouldn't put Leppy on that list. o_o Believe me, she'll eat you in a heart beat if given a quarter of a chance. The only reason she doesn't do it now is because she's tiny. As for my OCs:
Leila Weston: She's a Canopy Fairy who is very safe for humans to be around. She actually is part of a group that escort people through Felarya.
Alreina Weston: Human sized Naga who'd never eat anyone. :3

| Ah, Lord Nergal.
That's correct! I went to your page and saw them! I even commented (haven't gotten a reply yet...). I thought she was the member of your evil Sith organization poised to dominate Felarya and countless star systems?

| I don't think a human-sized Naga would fit into a non-predatory list, since it's mostly for giant beings, I'd say. Not much use into putting human-sized ones there because non man-eaters are the norm at that size, rather than the exception. | |

| I suppose not... However, I did say "humanoids" as well. I would think that despite their size, tomthumbs, neera, etc. share the basic physical and anatomical features of a human.
I've recently discovered 2 more non man eaters: Kharl the chilotaur from http://david-dent-jedai.deviantart.com/, and Mint the Chlaena.
And let's not forget Throm as well.

| If you're looking for people who don't eat tinies, I have several. There's Naharou, Taihaku, Caldswell, the Techno-Angel, and Kahina.
I also have Brine, a giant sea krait naga who doesn't eat human-sized people. ^_^

| Kai, did you come here just to say that? We know they're no longer canon. Well, except for ChristianBethel I guess, but that's beside the point. What caused you to come back after so long and post that? Its nice to see you again, for sure, but every time I see someone end with "That is all." it sounds snappish and rude. I'd appreciate it if not only you - but others, can avoid doing that. | |
