my book

OK lets start form the top im making a new book and need to use next to all of the races, fauna, and flora, and i need alot of help on this because no matter how much of the wiki i read i always end up getting confused and bored as well as the fact that i have a full grasp on the plot of the story i still cant seen to regulate it all into words
so what im asking is. PLEASE help me out here! 

i need ideas on locations character names and spicies

What do you wish to write about? Yiu can't expect us to tell you how to write it all. Outline tje bare bones plot at least and we can better guide you.

well the plot is. the emperor and his most trusted friends were turned into draco vampire lords efectivly increasing there life span by thousonds of years while negating the weakneses that a normal vampire posseses and over the years on the top of an empire thrir phisical forms started to evlove and the emperor found that as a threat so he and some well placed assasins murded them and kens neko (unknown names) but ken and his neko were ressurected by an unknown force abd was told they had become soul reavers and than they still have the powers of a draco vampire lord he no longer has the need for blood but now needs souls to sustain him and then they must find their way through to world and get his revenge on him

thats the plot as basicly as i can put it and what i need help with is naming all most of the locations and most of the characters and since i keep pulling up blanks i need the communitys assistance  

Have you written any biographies of your characters? It could help work out the details of the plot if you have notes about their characters and any details like background information. This way you could work out how to make your ideas and characters relate to the information on the Felarya wiki

well the soul feeding part is about when he dies and becomes a soul reaver and no longer has a desire to drink blood but now has a need to devour souls for the dead or else he will die

with the vampirisum part, with regular vampires that is the case but with the drako vampire lore he is the only dragon to become a vampire and will only alow other creatures to become drako vampires is they can strike a deal with him and with the drako vampire race they are immune to sunlight, silver and garlic and the only thing that can kill then is age, or being killed as well as having reinforced skin they will also start to evolve out of their regular bodys the only draw back is that the evolvement can happen at any time in their lives and if the public saw the changes the emperor would certenly be afected by it so he kills all who evolve and make it look like a very belivevable suicide or murder
