| i have been reading the felarya wiki recently, and was reading about "known characters"(with a personal interest in crisis)
is there any sort of requirement or anything i would have to do other than what one would normally do on an rp to rp with a "known character"?
just asking.

| Karbo must play the known characters. The known characters are his personal OCs and all RPs must be done over Skype with video chat.

| Yes, Karbo has a Skype. If you want it, you'd have to ask him via PM to give it to you, although be warned, he takes a lot to answer to PMs. I also don't think he's a RPer, but you never know, you can try.
