Character list Revised

Siarra Chiovilance ((Chi-oh-vilan-seh))
race: Human female
size: 6ft 7
age: 44
hair color: black, and goes to the neck
current clothing: a brown cape covering the back of Siarra's body, and an everyday holster that contains one short sword she carried when younger. but now has an extension where she can hold a revolver pistol. her clothing is leather armor though worn and well past its time. though as a teacher who never leaves her current home. she needs nothing else these days.
Bio: Born within the outskirts of Negav, Siarra was always the fighter among other children while growing up. even resorting to stealing and thievery at such a young age... Before one day she attempted to steal from a experienced Felaryian explorer. And was caught after running though alleyways and even jumping a building or two. Though when the man caught her, he took her hand, and placed five of the bag of gems she stole. Telling her she earned it for getting farther then any thief he managed to catch. Soon though after the two spent a time together and at the age of 12, the man took in Siarra as an apprentice. and started to share with her the secrets of how he got out of every adventure alive. though while some of the ways were cruel, it kept the two alive. And made Siarra more tough and rough in situations, when it came to working with others. She has the attitude of that of a harpy. while seeming to not care for those around her, she does hint out that she really does. In a world where things eat you for a living... she tends to shut out those who die off within the world. but should she lose a friend... She tents to shed only a tear on certain nights, at the age of 19-21 she lost her mentor. But learned a few extra things more then he could ever learn, how to make friends even with her attitude. meeting up with another adventurer. The two started to travel the whole world together. getting into adventures, and seeing the sights. the two finally settled down after learning Siarra was pregnant with twins the two then met a young Dryad who offered the two a place to stay. as Siarra and her husband tenses at what she was offering. she joked around and actually offered them the top of her branches as a place to live. seeing that if a family lived on top of her. The Dryad would get to have any thieves and robbers who would try to get up to the home made tree house above. though another reason why the Dryad accepted the two humans... Was due to the fact there was an abandoned harpy's nest with an egg still alive within. The two struggled to keep the egg safe and build there new home below the nest. But they managed to build a home under the nest while the egg occasionally moved and shifted. By the time they were done with there new home on top of the Dryad, the twins were born, and short after a while, the egg started to hatch while Siarra moved up to check up on it. and widened her eyes in surprise to experience a Harpy chick's birth! with the little one's natural need for a mother, she imprinted on Siarra as well as one of the babies she carried up with her. as years went by. the three little ones started to grow and live together within the oversize jungle outside of Negav with there mother knowing a lot of things. by the age of 25 the father was no longer with the living as he went off for a venture... only to end up like every other adventurer. gobbled up by a giantess. leaving the mother with the four who she cared for. these days she spends her time on top of the Dryad/tree house training her children for the day they explore more of Felarya. even as a mother to the Harpy that she adopted she trained her to eat other humans despite herself and her children for being one.. Though made harsh consequences for her if she were to eat one of her brothers.

Raven Chiovilance
Race: Harpy
Size: adverage for a giantess harpy
Age: 19
Hair/wing color: black hair stretching to her elbows. she has a set of pitch black wings of that of a actual Raven Harpy.
clothing/accessories: has one large piece of fur cloth that acts like a sort of bra for the harpy girl. though while often complaining about it she loves the idea of it's warmth it gives her. she also has a golden necklace with a large ruby in the center of such a treasure her mother gave to her.
Bio: as a youngling growing up with her mother Siarra and her brothers Raven was always the moody, says whats on her mind rather then thinks Harpy girl who enjoys helping helping her mother even though she complains and pretends to hate what her mother has Raven do for her. she enjoys it in the long run. weather its playing 'pred and prey' with her brothers, or simply helping them with there mother's work. Though whenever she has the free time, she tends to spend time more with Hafri her brother who was with the mother when she hatched from the egg. and with a human mother and siblings... it was difficult getting food while growing up until the point of being able to start hunting human on her own. both Raven and Hafri recently started to sneak off to the outskirts of Negav to draw out some humans. But when they are not stirring enough trouble for the mother to punish them both, Raven ends up flying on her own with her brother to explore what Felarya has to offer. despite them always fighting, its just there own way of showing the love each other as two siblings.

Hafri Chiovilance
race: Human
Size: 6ft 7
age: 19
Hair color: Black and shortened to about 2 inches
Clothing: Leather gear but mixed with a blue shirt, his pants are actually regular blue jeans. he also has a holster holding two blades and one hunting rifle on his back holster. he also has developed an odd devise that lets him glide though the air should he jump from his sister's arm. though his landing will almost always be a crash landing.
Bio: Much like his sister, Hafri grew up a rebel. Always causing mischief with his sister, the two became inseparable, though as the mother saw to it that they get punished. she saw many ideas of punishing Hafri as well as making him take care of his sister. such as brushing her teeth, or helping her groom ((even though it was near impossible to help with that)). Though when he isn't being punished. his mom trains him into becoming an adventurer like herself when she was young.. only difference. is that a large harpy who is a sister helps by playing the common game of pred and prey tag. while he has been caught and placed in Raven's mouth from time to time. she never does swallow him even though she had many reasons too do such a thing to her overconfident and rather attitude filled brother. the two often sneak out and visit Negav. or at least, Raven drops him off to go into such a city and waits for him to come back... though other times he is with her while she flies so high up in the sky to possibly look for a flock to hang with. though at that point her brother is hiding within her hair hoping to not be discovered. In the long run short, Hafri is just about ready to go off and explore with his sister after such a tormenting years growing up with his mother.

Okay I don't have a whole lot of time at the moment, but for the first character here...

It seems a bit unlikely a Negavian would reward a little girl with gems she stole unless he was filthy rich from adventuring. Given that, if he was, then I don't really see how that would lead to such a relationship. Then there's the part with the Dryad, who just offers her a place to stay.

Young girl, very young, steals from experienced adventurer (somehow)
He seems to be okay with it, and hands her back gems. (why would anybody do this in Felarya?)
He takes her on as an apprentice. (he saw past the fact she's a little girl and a thief enough to see she'd have those sort of skills?)
They travel a lot together, and a Dryad offers them a place to stay. (What? Why? Dryads are predators.)
He dies, and she's pregnant...
She has an extremely unpleasant attitude ("like that of a harpy"?) which if she's so unpleasant, why does he like her?

I stopped reading here because I got way too confused. You mentioned he died and then you went back to telling about how they lived their life together before that, so I'm very confused when in her life he died.

Basically it all feels very contrived/forced. Dryads don't just accept people randomly, and adventurers wont just let a thief take their things, and I'd imagine he'd be more pissed since you mention he'd been robbed before. That leads me to wonder about his credibility as an adventurer in the first place. How would he see past her attitude and the fact she's a theif enough to like her that much in the brief moments they met?

Before I can start giving you advice, you need to ask yourself and let us know what your goals are for her. She seems to be all over the place. Just some questions first. I recommend revising it, possibly in the chatbox where people can help you on the spot.
