| We got a bat in our office, and we're at a loss as to how to get it out. Anyone have any suggestions? We'd rather have it shooed out and left alive, since they DO eat bugs that tend to swarm around the lights at night....Currentally it's tucked away in the corner of the room we're in. Also our office has one door, and no windows.

| We don't want to kill it. And we have no nets. I just went and checked. | |

| okay ummm get a blanket of some sort and throw it over it. The blanket should be to heavy for it to fly with, then its a simple matter of scooping it up and releasing it. or knock it unconcious thats the fun way. | |

| Open the window and shoo it away. That's all I can think of. | |

Similarly, it's among the safest ways to do such. Most of the above risk harming the bat, even if unlikely.

We got no windows. And we'll try the blanket thing...though with a sealed-up poncho, since none of us have blankets. >_> Damn lack of supplies in Iraq....
