| I like variety, really, and randomness. My favorite singer is Avril Lavigne, my favorite band is the sadly broken up Sixpence None The Richer (I love listening to them while playing Twisted Metal Black). I generally don't like Rap or new R&B (what they try to pass off as R&B anyway). I like also like Zydeco! | |

| Lately, I've been wanting to listen to more music with a Celtic sound... I try to catch the program Thistle and Shamrock on NPR sometimes. It makes me think pirate sea shanties, and I want to eventually write a pirate-themed story, so it works. Plus its energetic, which is good to listen to when I'm up until late into the morning. ^^; | |

- Here's a Felarya song I wrote based on "Devil Went Down To Georgia" so it's both on AND off topic.
Menyssan went to Australia, she was looking for a bite to eat. She knew it was hot, but like it or not: she knew the best prey swarmed the street. When she came across this young man drawin' on a chess board in a field. And Menyssan jumped upon his camper van and said: "At chess I can make you yield: "I bet you didn't know it lad, but I'm a chess player too. "And if you'd care to take a dare, I'll make a bet with you. "Now I bet you play chess real nice, boy, but give Menyssan her due: "I bet a slave for your feet against your meat, 'cos boy, I’d like to eat you." The boy said: "My name's Rythy and your pawns will fall in droves, "Cause I'll take your bet, your gonna regret, so prepare to kiss my toes"
Rythy you think fast and true and play your pieces hard. 'Cos a demon’s in your hometown and she’s no slouch with her smarts. And if you win you get a foot-rub from a succubus. But if you lose, you’ll end up in her guts.
Menyssan took the white side and said: "I'll start this bout." And saliva dripped from her lips as her tongue flicked around. And she launched her first assault on Rythy holding nothing back. Using all her skill and all her wit she was going to make him crack. After a few turns Rythy said: "Well you're pretty good my sweet. "But now I’ll show why upon my flesh, you’ll never feast!"
Tactical genius, fight pawns, fight. Menyssan's mouth’s dryer than a tooheys light. Queens and bishops skippin’ over the board. Just armed with foul language No shield or sword.
Menyssan bowed her head because she knew that she'd been beat. She sat her caboose down on the ground at Rythy's feet. Rythy said: "Menyssan just come on back if you feel the need to cleanse your name. "I told you once, my dear demoness, I'm the master of this game!"
Tactical genius, won the day. Menyssan's was denied her desired prey. So off she’ll go to find a new source. Like that Karbo guy, Who lives up north. First off I gotta' say holy freaking crap thats awesome! It syncs up well with the original lyrics. As for myself I like anything that rocks. Fav bands include System of a Down, Tenacious D, Dragonforce, Rush, The Who, and... way too many others to list.

I read this topic the first time ever, I come across this post, and I'm listening to "The Devil Went Down to Georgia." As for music, I'm very picky. I rarely like more than two or three songs from the same band. Most of the time, I only like one. I like Hardcore/Edge, Rock, Metal, and Industrial. There are some choice songs outside of those categories that I find decent. Some of my favorite bands are A Day to Remember, All That Remains, Metallica, BucketHead, and Parkway Drive. *Continues listening to "The Devil Went Down to Georgia"*

| Well, I like many types of music. Far too many to mention here and some of you would die laughing at some of the things I enjoy! (eg "Albert and the Lion" by Stanley Holloway. I wonder if that qualifies as vore? A kid gets swallowed by a lion after all!) I wonder if any of you get inspired by the music you listen to? I have "Felarya soundtracks" that I like to play when I'm trying to write. eg. Anything by T.A.T.U is good for my stories about Katrika and Anna-especially "All about us". I like Three Days Grace "Animal I have become" as Anna's theme song! It's the line "I can't control myself" that reminds me of her. The Veronica's always make me think of Crisis for some reason when I listen to them. The line from 4 Ever-"Let me take you for the ride of your life" always brings to mind images of Crisis swallowing somebody whole! As you can see, I'm a pretty sad creature. (Cringes in anticipation of gales of derisive laughter) | |

Let's add someting: Write down a part of your favourite song lyrics
Obviously, menction the song and the band.
 Epica - sensorium
"Chance doesn't exist but the path of life is not totally so predestinate Time and chronology show us how all should be
The ways of existence To find out why we are here..." Well, if I did that, you'd see nothing but a bunch of "ha"s and "ho"s. I'm never a stickler for music with lyrics. On another note, I'm recently starting to like music that you hear during really cool battles. Like the music track "His world". I can't recall who made it. And I also like Moondance.

(Cringes in anticipation of gales of derisive laughter) not laughing at all Zoekin! Instead, this would be another great idea for the topic! Write down what would be the soundtrack for your characters!!! For mine: Siva: Red hot chili peppers - otherside (when she's in berserk: Mandragora Scream - dark lantern) Azrah: Dark Moor - death (it's the song that inspired me the character ) Quetzal: Krypteria - victoriam speramus Cassandra: Ska-P - welcome to hell Ira the Imp: Gorillaz - dirty harry Nastassja the Razia: Funtwo - canon What about yours? ____________________ need fire?May rock be with you.
