Okay, here's a classic: A box of Naga-proof cigars for those traveling from Negav past the Giant Tree.


And now for a few more to start off.
2) A "Dryad-Be-Gone" potion that looks mysteriously like a 36oz can of Rock Star (note: heavy caffeine content) - for those headed from Negav to the Ur-Sagol portal (which should bring them by Drayla).

3) A gun that shoots out a mosquito net. For those going fairy hunting.

4) A carefully obtained sample of water from the Fairy Pond, bottled as "Growth Potion - use only in the presence of a Fairy."

5) A bottle of Podmaw Nectar, marked "Giant Predator Repellant".

Any other ideas?

Only this; A black bottle with red label that reads "Naga repelent super strong!" however the word repelant was merely taped on ther by Gunther and it is actually Naga atractor (your in troubl lol)

An 'invisibility cloak' that only works on predators, everything else can see you. That's why you can see it of course, because you aren't a predator!

Nothing...But as the traveler walks away gunther could put a sign on his back, and insted of "Kick Me" it says "Eat me" your in even worse trouble lol.

How about an invisibility device that emits a frequency that you can't hear but drives preds CRAZY!!!

Then when a pred draws near the invisibility seems to fizzle and cut out on you.

Here's one from a story I scrapped:

'The Confider'

This humble little pendant is one of the few magical devices that Gunther has managed to reproduce in great numbers. When the buyer places the pendant over their shoulders and around their neck, it greatly boosts their speed, intelligence, strength and agility..... In their own minds at least.

You see, the Confider does absolutely nothing but infinitely boost the confidence of the wearer to unsafe levels. Wearers have been observed to challenge predators to fights, go swimming in Anko's lake, puff cigars near Anna, and walk into Dridder territory with t-shirts that read "Spiders Suck".

The severely detrimental nature of these pendants has never been reported to anyone because the buyers are all either dead, or really happy with the necklace.

For those fellows who stumble in from modern times, a special mobile phone...

Whenever any number is dialed, nothing is heard but the dial tone.

However, once used, the phone continues to emit a steady subsonic noise that will attract creatures with superior hearing - ie, Nagas...

Gunther has several objects that function in this way, but he has to determine which time period the traveler is from.

This one ought to be made into a story:

Gunther gives you a laptop supposedly running Ubuntu Linux to give to Anna to make her happy.

When she asks you to explain it, and you start showing it to her, BAM! it turns out the thing is running Windows Vista..... and it's not registered.

Ring of digestion immunity.
It says true to its claim, no creature has a powerful enough stomach to digest this ring!
Its wearer probably wont be as lucky.

How about a teleportation scroll that can make it out of a pred's stomach? It does work, as the scroll DOES leave their stomach. Doesn't take the caster with it though.
