I'm going to get a new graphics card soon myself, but other than that I have a pretty good rig.

WIP:
Back's still messy 'cause I haven't really routed anything. Lots more ethernet cables to add obviously. Front is still waiting on 24 drives to arrive to fill in the lower two DAS units ( you can tell because they still have the 'dummy slots' they're shipped with ). The reason the server has two open PCIE slots is because I have the cards already to install, but they have the full-height brackets and I need half-height. Probably won't be till next week. Another one of those DAS units will be getting a redundant PSU as well, and RMA submitted with Quest / Lenovo to get the missing right rack ear on the top DAS unit ( someone packed it with two left rack ears... clearly not having a good day at work ).
Server's down atm so my websites are as well, obviously, but hopefully will be back up today or tomorrow. Had to order an RS232 / USB console cable because I can't seem to get into the WebGUI for the Nortel switch. Need the Nortel online for POE.
This upgrade will take my capacity up to 0.1 Petabyte ( 100 Terrabyte ) which will hopefully last me for 3 years. I'm already at 42TB used, so probably not but here's hoping anyway.

Imgur Album ( Full Size Images )
Finally figured out how to use Imgur with Forumotion's resize feature. Final setup, with the upgraded Xeon E5s instead of using the old Xeon Tylersburgs. Additionally swapped out my SCE846 for the SCE826 that came with the new ( to me ) motherboard since I only have 12 SATA drives in use ( the others are SAS multipath IO drives so they won't work with stock SCE backplanes - the SA120 Lenovo DAS units I have include a second SAS adapter for multipath IO ). Took out the old 2.5" SSDs and used an M.2 kit instead.
4x M.2 SATA 6GB/s ADATA 256GB drives in a ZFS RAID10 for the root pool using the short bracket ( the long bracket is shown but it comes with the short too ) PCIe adapter above ( it has another 2 on the other side, allowing x4 PCIe to provide a x1 PCIe backplane to each SATA M.2; not as fast as NVMe by a long shot but capped speed for SATA ). It comes with the 9235 chipset so no onboard RAID, which is exactly what you want for ZFS ( ZFS does not like lending control ).
Another new entry is the Lenovo RS140 you see above the Tape Library. Going to try setting it up with Windows and VEEAM for managing the tape backups instead of using Amanda on Linux. Might need a professional solution instead of VEEAM free though, will have to wait and see. The RS140s were just discontinued ( they use the V3 Xeons with CPU graphics so can actually handle Windows or other GUI OS ) so you can find them flooding the market right now. Problem is mine didn't come with the HDD adapters and I had to order a set from Germany 'cause I couldn't find any stateside. Yay discontinued proprietary crapola.
2U drawer for storing all the misc cables and bits for Cisco console and the like.

Well your build is absolutely insane. What are your total specs?

Hm. Well, guess I can go top to bottom, front to back.
Lenovo SA120 70F10001UX ( 3 Units )
2 units contain 12x Seagate ST6000NM0034 6TB 7200RPM SAS6Gb/s drives
1 unit empty for future expansion
Supermicro SCE826
2x PWS-920P-SQ
X9DRi-LN4F+ Motherboard
2x Intel Xeon E5-2650L V1 CPU
16x Samsung 8GB ECC DDR3 RAM
LSI 9211-4i with 12x Toshiba 5TB 7200 RPM SATA3 drives
3x Broadcom 9200-8e for external Lenovo SA120 DAS
IO Crest 4 port M.2 short-bracket PCIe with 4x ADATA SU800 256GB SATA3 drives
ZPOOL output shows total ( raw ), actual usable / used is seen better with ZFS output:
root@pve:~# zfs list NAME USED AVAIL REFER MOUNTPOINT databank0 28.2T 33.1T 337K /databank0 databank1 4.65T 20.9T 151K /databank1 rpool 20.0G 441G 96K /rpool
The large discrepancy in the sizes of databank0/1 is that these are built from 4 bay sets with ZFSR2. This means that for every 4 sets of drives installed, 2 drives are redundant and any 2 drives out of the 4 in a set can fail catastrophically without data integrity losses. RPOOL is a RAID10, so 2 sets of 2 drives mirrored. Only one drive in each set can fail without data integrity losses, but unlikely SSDs will fail anytime soon.
My gaming machine ( what I'm using right now and pictured in a former post ) is the following:
Cooler Master Silencio 352
ASUS Gryphon Z87 Motherboard with TUF Armor
Intel Core i7-4770K CPU
4x Kingston 8GB non-ECC unbuffered RAM
Areca ARC-1261 w/ 2GB ECC DDR2 RAM with 10x ADATA SP550 250GB SATA3 drives in RAID5 for 1.96TB usable space ( normally RAID5 is a terrible idea but again, SSDs )
EVGA nVidia GeForce GTX970
Windows 10 Home
Gaming computer is getting long in the tooth now but I don't really see a need to upgrade. I still play all my games at 1920x1200 at full settings without issue.

Next project:
Do you even POSIX? I haven't used Solaris since college. Time to take the trip down memory lane. Although this is for the future... abandoning PVE for Joyent Triton.

The Solaris experiment continues. I think I'll stay here awhile. No pretty GUIs here like with PVE, but it's free. And free is always good. Remembering how to work with just a command line is also a good thing.
Even split currently but I'll need to add one more LX zone for Plex so it'll wind up being 6/7 between Joyent and Ubuntu zones.
With the 826 and 847 running now ( I had to buy some new parts, cable problems are the worst ) and the Lenovo SA120s available I can expand in my current rack to contain another 33 drives for 73 total in my current rack or up to 109 if I brought in the second smaller one ( if I could afford to buy that many drives, hah ). But the base is now set. It feels weird running Solaris and Windows together... Sun was the only company that stood up against Microsoft prior to Scalability Day way back when. How different might the world be if Microsoft had actually won the OS wars? Aaaah nostalgia.
