| Comes down between Doom and Who. Doom is pretty powerful (he was one of the last Marvel characters to fall in Marvel Zombies, and managed to drive off the effects of the plague for some time with Willpower alone), but Who could potentially just go back in time and take him out before he reached such a power. Since I don't recall the 10th Doctor having too much competence, I'll say it comes down to what iteration of Doom is used. If one of the more competent ones, he'd win. If one of the typical versions? Who. | |

| how about Doctor Strange? he's probably one of the most powerful sorcerers in Marvel Comics. If he and Doom got into a fight, Strange would definately win. Strange is able to bend reality, and has the ability to use powerful spells and travel throgh different dimensions...although he has his weaknesses, and he can't defeat just anyone.  | |
