Forum migration

i have had the same problems as flare also i truly love this forum....

We are working on this activation problem... not sure where it comes from ^^;

As for the migration, well like I said it's because there is a whole site that goes with it and that could be useful in the future.. but maybe we could make this forum the forum of this site then ?

That sounds like a good plan to me- rather used to this forum anyways!

Just a few benefits of the new site and a few glitches.

Benefits.
Karbo can post all his pictures to that site and you guys can post links, submit news, there will be a Felarya FAQ and a crapton more.

Glitches.
The email activation is still being looked into, for now we have turned off the need for an activation by email.

If the issue persists or there is another glitch preventing you from creating an account, email me your nickname and email under the subject heading "Create My Account". I will email you back with a password and your login. You may then change your password once you log in.


The site will eventually become the one stop for all things Felarya. Every site has glitches in the beginning, so I would hope you all post in the glitches thread over theer any glitches that prevent you from entering you post here like many of you have already done and I will do my best to rectify them.


This site here isn't broken and any ongoing conversations can be continued. The new site was created to gradually become the one spot for all things felarya, pics, stories, fan fictions, and posts.

Also, we will have numerous different themes for you all to use at your choice, allowing you to personalize the site to look how you want it. I wil be uploading 2 different themes every week untill I can no longer find any that are interresting.

Since creating a new account doesn't hurt me, I've done it and posted a couple of threads over there. Also, those who say that didn't receive the activation mail, check out the spam folder in your accounts. Mine ended there. xD

I did check. It was not there.

Flare, if you need I can create your account with a generic password for you like i previously stated. Just let me know.

well, it really seems every time we try to move here something bad happens huh =/

either way it doesn't make much of a difference to me, the sections i frequent really aren't active and probably wont be in the move either.

You know, I have this activation problem with a great deal of other sites as well.

this is honestly a first for me =3

I tried registering twice, actually got the reg mail the first time just didn't get the link clicked in time.

now i have tried again, almost 12 hours have passed... and no mail ^^'

I managed to get in very quickly...

Everyone does, you just need to chnage your nick with the ' /nick insertyounamehere ' command

it really is a good site. more and more people have been going there now. I had problems at first, but now I love it

To be honest... I like the design of this site better Not as black

no, but I think it has it's grey areas XD

ive tried making an account.. but im having a heck of a time finding anything in the black page.. and my registraition email got to me, but it sends me to a page that dosent exist or something.. heh..

either way... ill make a better effort to move over there if the activity shows signs of increasing..

Yes the theme is being changed to make the site more welcoming. So the whole site is offline for now ^^

So, the other sites been pretty much abandoned, hasn't it.

"Abandoned" is being nice. There even was a contest for resurrecting the forum, but as far as it goes, I'm the only contestant and I'm going to post the story on DA for everyone to read. :V

I knew the forum migration wasn't going to be a success, but never expected it to be a big failure. :/

Mostly because of the colorful veriety of spambots.

yeah i know, i was gonna enter the contest too, but something came up T_T
