Dreams of the Sunken Moon

Well, they certainly weren't going to be reasoned with. Reg walked calmly among the combatants, targetting Verde. He would see if he attacked, try to deflect, and look for an opening with his knife; it was in everyone's interest to end this quickly.

"You've got it!" Shadow called back as he dashed on his way to Caldswell, as he finally arrived he turned his weapon into two small blades and they attached to his wrists. "Caldswell, just keep your attention on controlling this thing! We can do the rest!" He said as he readied himself for anyone would try and attack Caldswell.

"I really don't have many other options at this point," Caldswell said, trying to keep his head cool as he steered the Kira II.

Lieutenant Verde, instead of paying Reg any attention, rushed to the side and put himself between Azul and Lance, blocking Lance's attack with a sword of his own.

Azul, at the same time, leapt up onto the railing of the ship and ran along it, aiming his shield at Rojo and pushing him back onto the ship with a burst of water.

Rojo, using the momentum from the blast, flew up and engaged Kaitlyn with a jet of fire from his fireblaze rod before she could make her magic take effect.

Meanwhile Amarillo turned his attention to Reg and attacked the man with his electric whip.

"Your an annoyance." He said grimacing, hating being denied a kill as he engaged him in combat, slicing at him with both blades, moving his feet with immense speed, trying to circle to an opening.

Kaitlyn darted out of the way, flying higher into the sky, but within range of her magic, targeting Rojo, she didn't want to kill them, so she was not using her actual combat magic skills.

During all of this, Raimi and Sekaki had been sitting at the table, calmly eating as if nothing was going on. At some point, however, Raimi had been cut by something, and had begun to bleed. While he was blissfully unaware of this, due to being barely conscious, the same could not be said of Sekaki. The moment she noticed it was blood, she immediately flipped out, and proceeded to unleash a non-stop barrage of high powered spells at anything that moved, with effects ranging from paralysis to binding, color change, helium voice, spontaneous combustion, and a severe case of the incapacitating chuckles, with everything in between. Raimi merely continued calmly eating during all of this. It would take quite a bit to break him out of it.

Nihlus dodged out of the whips path and saw the Yellow suited idiot switch from him to Reg and growled charging after him ducking down and forming spikes on his shoulder to try and ram him in the back. "Never turn your back on an opponent!" Nihlus shouted getting in super close to the guy.

(If that's auto hitting sorry but... I reaaaally hate these suited idiots >< for no rationale reason then the fact that I hate them to the extreme that I simply want them dead and gone.)

(Ahhhh. About time, Nyaha.) Cazut hearing the men looked over to where they were. His eyes changed to a light red as he drew his sword. He growled in anger, "Everyone!" Cazut called out as he moved, softly preparing his sword, "Don't bother going easy on these people! They are ruthless thugs!" Cazut fired a shadow grenade into the water, sending the water high into the sky, "Nihlus, freeze the hothead in the sky!"

Cazut pulled out his other sword from the casing, revealing a pointed lance with thorns all over it. He moves it quickly, and whips it at Azul, letting it extend to become a whip-like vine. As the sword whips, the thorns extend and head straight towards Azul.

Reg turned toward the man with the whip, relaxing his body and slipping to the floor, under the crackling thing. He stayed to the ground, lunging towards his assailant's legs as Nihlus ran towards him with his shoulder.

He realized as soon as he moved forward that the man could step out of the way so that they would collide; he dropped his knife and prepared to grapple the idiot's leg.

Verde met Lance's strikes blow for blow with his own sword, turning in the opposite direction of Lance's circling to meet him as he went around. He then attempted to make Lance back off, as his sword separated into numerous small, leaf-like blades, which surrounded him and threatened to cut up Lance's arms if he got too close.

Amarillo ceased his attack and turned around to face Nihlus once more. As the fox approached, Amariillo's feet left the ground. Placing his hands on the kitsune's body for merely a second, he nimbly vaulted over the charging man, which would also get him out of the way of Reg's attack. This done, he leapt between Cazut and Azul and met the dark-winged man's whip with his own.

Rojo aimed his rod towards his left and shot a jet of flame out of it, propelling himself through the air and out of the way of both Kaitlyn's and Cazut's attacks, landing behind Reg and aiming his rod at both him and the kitsune.

Azul turned his gaze skyward and raised his water shield, firing a blast of liquid at Kaitlyn.

Lance leaped back from the blades, smiling as he looked to Verde. "You are quite skilled, I'm impressed, you can block me and keep up with my speed." Lance said not lowering his guard, he did not like these men, but he found ad reason to respect their skills.

"Okay done, sick of you guy!" Kaitlyn said bringing her arm down hard, a sharp narrow gust of wind splitting the burst to either side of her as she sent them down at , swinging her arms strongly. "I am so tempted to just eat them."

Roxannle smiled at Katlyn's remark. "You and me both, sister." She charged into Azul. "Try to hit the fairy, eh? Take this!" And with that, she whipped her tail at him. If it connected it would be very painful and would leave at least a welt.

Reg felt the hot wind behind him as he tumbled on the floor, off-balanced. He recovered quickly, and just as the rod came close, he turned and wrapped his arms onto it. It hurt like shit, obviously, but he kept the red hot poker onto his chest. A burn would heal. A blade wound, not so quickly.

"Nihlus!" he managed through his pain.

Nihlus grumbled as the Yellow suited idiot dodged him and the Red suited idiot got in near them. Noticing that the Blue suited idiot was using his own element Nihlus quickly diverted the water from the shield that he had directed at Kaitlyn but was deflected by her and aimed it at the Red suited idiot to try and soak him and freeze him as solid as the ice in the Imoreith Tundra or force him away from Reg. Snapping back to Reg and the Red suited idiot he decided just this once he wouldn't feel bad about sending another person to his death in a Mermaids stomach. As Reg held the poker close the Red suited idiot would have to either let go of his toy or risk having his body frozen solid if Nihlus cut him with his sword as he went to Regs aid and slashed up from the bottom left to the top right aiming at the Red suited idiots arm.

(Calm down already, Walking. Seriously, one attack at a time, please and thank you. I don't need to tell you, I already have enough on my plate trying to control 4 characters at the exact same time. What's with the sword slash thing?)

Shadow kept his eyes open but he was getting bored rather quickly just standing there looking like an idiot. Hmm, does Caldswell even need defending?! He yawned. Those guys must be doing a pretty good job if none of those... weired people haven't even came in here yet... He thought about leaving to go help the others but he hesitated. No, I can't... what if they get in here? He continued to stand their with his weapons out.

Rojo was too distracted by Reg to see Nihlus' attacks coming, and found himself doused with the cold water. He released his tool and stumbled backwards in confusion.

Azul was not fast enough to get out of the way of Roxanne's tail, and took the full brunt of her attack in the stomach.

Verde ceased the swirling movement of his leaf blades around him, and they reformed into the blade of his sword. Then, the sword took on a different shape, with the leaf blades outstretched around the length blade. They then began to whirl around it, creating a chainsaw-like weapon out of the sword with which Verde assaulted Lance, with a horizontal swing.

Amarillo, having gone ignored, took the chance to duck onto the bridge of the ship, where Shadow and Caldswell were. He extended his electric whip at Shadow and performed two attacks in rapid succession.

Immediatley Shadow dodged the first whip attack but failed to dodge the next one as it hit him across his stomach which made him fall down on one knee, shocked. "Ahh... Ok... So, you want to take over the ship do you?" He slowly rose to his feet. "Well your going to have to do better than that!" He said as he charged at him, extending his blades on his wrists to make an attack with would either end up in a grapple or a down slashing motion.

Lance leaped backward, landing on the other side of the ship as he examined his weapon, grinding his teeth as he thought intently, flipping his vest open as he tossed a grenade in his hand, pulling the pun and silently counting to two, throwing it at Verde's feet.

Kaitlyn took advantage of Azul getting hit, smirking as she flew about 10 feet from him, putting her magic to work on him. At this point not caring what Roxanne did with him.

With the Red suited idiot away from Reg and doused in water Nihlus quickly used his magic to freeze him solid as a statue, the guy wouldn't be hurt but he wouldn't be moving anytime soon. He tried to help Reg up by giving him a hand and saw what looked like a small round object by the Green suited idiot that Lance had been fighting what the hell was he thinking! To use an explosive on their own ship!

"Grenade!" he shouted

With not much time Nihlus quickly tried to make a jet of water to try and wash the grenade over the side before it detonated and did more damage to their ship then these suited idiots had done. Though he tried to get him and Reg out of the blast area in case he couldn't get rid of the grenade before it detonated hoping Reg didn't mind the sudden shift from getting up to being pulled back down to the deck.

(Gonna wait to find out if Azul is neutralized or not)

(I apologize for ignoring your character's attack earlier, Sparky. D: I meant it as no disrespect, it simply slipped my mind. -_- I hope you can forgive me.)

Amarillo turned around and ran away from Shadow's charge, slyly extending his whip to the top of the doorway over his head. As he neared the edge of the boat, he jumped and used his momentum on the whip to pull himself up into the air. He hoped that Shadow would fall overboard as he landed safely on the roof of the cab of the ship, but if not, he could just attack from higher ground.

Azul, on the other hand, wasn't so lucky, as his body began to diminish in size as he laid on the floor from taking Roxanne's attack. Rojo, too, was now out of the fight due to being frozen solid.

Just then, the grenade went off, Sending Verde backwards towards the bow of the ship. He slammed into the crate that the four of them had come out of, and slowly began to get back to his feet. Interestingly, the grenade did not do as much damage as one would have thought; the wooden covering in the blast area was all torn apart and strewn everywhere as shrapnel, but the metal underneath it suffered only a slight and mostly unnoticeable dent.

Lance leaped to Verde, holding his blade to the man's throat. "Don't you dare move, the Captain will decide your fate." He said narrowing his eyes, not taking his eyes off him, but knowing only Amarillo remained to be detained.

Kaitlyn lifted up Azul and looked at him curiously. "What do you think we should do with him?" She asked Roxanne, not wanting to get anyone upset, but then again no one was watching Roxanne. "It seems Lance and Nihlius have won too."

Reg got up slowly, the burn having gone through his clothes and into his skin. It hurt, but he wasn't too badly injured. He was sorely tempted to ask Kaitlyn to just eat the whole lot.

He turned a bit towards Nihlus. "Think you have any water magic left? There's electricity invol-" He doubled over in pain. Okay, so maybe he was injured.

Shadow, unexpectedly was launched off the ship after just chasing Amarillo. "Oh I see..." Quickly he modified his blades so they could fire like a grappling hook and he turned around in the air with his weight just so he could just take aim at the rail of the ship at the last second, he fired and just managed to attach the blade (which was now shaped as a hook) to the rail and reeled himself back to the ship but he reeled in fast enough to be launched into the air and headed straight for Amarillo. His weapon now changed into a sword which the design and colours of it suited him and he holded it to his waist hoping to get enough momemtum in this blow to finish him off quickly.
